She's familiar with staying up late and working long hours on renovation projects with her boyfriend Josh Barker.
But on Tuesday night, Elyse Knowles was forced to stay awake into the late hours of after firefighters were called to her hotel in Sydney.
The 25-year-old took to Instagram to document the emergency, showing short clips of the rescue team arriving.

In her clip, a fire truck could be seen pulling up in front of the hotel with people waiting out side.
The Myer ambassador, who was in Sydney for a quick photo shoot, captioned the post: 'When you get woken up by "emergency get evacuated" (sic),' before showing her frustrated and tired face in the video.

The stunner followed up the snap with another photo, showing people waiting outside once again, with the caption: 'And again 11.50pm. Awesome sleep tonight.'
The next morning, Elyse shared a selfie looking slightly tired and ready to fly back to her home back in Melbourne.

Daily Mail Australia has reached out to Elyse's management for comment.
The drama comes after she and boyfriend Josh finally got the keys to their new home.
In a post to their Instagram account last week the pair announced they had 'got the keys to their new home'.
'Joshy paints EVERYTHING white!,' she wrote in the post. 'Feels fresh and ready for our butts to move in YAY'.

Josh and Elyse were the youngest couple to ever appear on the show and ended up pocketing a whopping $547,000.
Australian radio star Dave Hughes later purchased their stunning house at auction for $3,067,000.
The fan-favourites also pocketed an extra $100,000, for getting the highest amount at auction out of all of the contestants.
Elyse and Josh cheered when they heard how much they had made at the auction, with the blonde beauty calling the experience 'life-changing.'
