Rose McGowan make a bold style statement in vibrant red coat and canary yellow top as she visits Rome... after speaking out about Harvey Weinstein's assault in candid memoir
Paris Fashion Week was left behind as Rose McGowan enjoyed a trip to Rome on Tuesday afternoon.
The actress, who has been at the vanguard of a drastic culture change in Hollywood after detailing her alleged assault at the hands of disgraced producer Harvey Weinstein, was in high spirits as she soaked up the sights in the historic Italian city.
Sporting a deep red winter coat over a vibrant yellow hoodie, Rose, 44, ate an ice-cream while visiting popular landmarks the Spanish Steps and Trevi Fountain.

The American actress added to her look with a pair of simple black leggings, while distinctively heeled white shoes rounded things off.
Keeping her eyes shielded behind a pair of tinted Aviator sunglasses, Rose immersed herself in the city's incredible architecture after making her way to Italy from France, where she attended Vivienne Westwood's Paris Fashion Week womenswear show on Saturday.
Taking her place on the front row, she cut a chic figure in a silky black trench coat and matching trousers.

She teamed the look with a pink and quilted khaki jumper and toughened up the feminine outfit with chunky black boots.
Earlier this week, The New York Times published excerpts from her memoir Brave, in which she recounted the alleged assault she suffered at the hands of the disgraced movie producer Harvey Weinstein at the 1997 Sundance Film Festival.
In the book she claims she had an appointment with Weinstein on the day of the incident but arrived to learn her breakfast meeting had been moved to his hotel suite.

Once she got to the suite, she claims that Weinstein tore off her clothing, made her sit on the edge of the Jacuzzi in his suite and proceeded to perform oral sex on the actress while masturbating himself to completion.
Soon after this alleged assault, McGowan received a $100,000 settlement from the disgraced mogul.
Through his lawyers, Weinstein denied the incident.
It's been an emotional time for McGowan, who recently spoke out following the death of her former manager Jill Messick, who took her own life last month.
Rose said, 'For Jill: May your family find some measure of solace during this pain.'
