And Rachael Finch was keen to showcase her incredible physique as she went through a gruelling workout from her Body By Finch fitness programme.
The 30-year-old shared a number of clips of her working on her abs and glute muscles on Wednesday, as she encouraged her 231k Instagram followers to join in and take on the challenge.

Testing out a new workout, where she lifted her legs in the air as part of her programme's 'bonus blasts', the fitness fanatic looked focused as she completed the exercise routine methodically.

And Rachael looked stunning as she worked out, her tresses pulled up into a tight ponytail as she barely broke a sweat and counted how many leg lifts she had done under her breath.
The mother-of-two proved to be her own best advert as she rocked a sporty outfit from her bespoke fashion label, which included a pair of tight-fitting black leggings that had a blue triangle design on the bottom.

Going barefoot, Rachael kept her accessories to a minimum and she went make-up free so that nothing got in her way while she exercised.
Earlier this month, the brunette beauty held a runway show for her brand B.O.D By Finch at Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week Australia, where she flaunted her stuff in stunning purple gym wear.
On the big day, the beauty told 9Honey that becoming a mother to daughter Violet, four, and one-year-old son Dominic has made her more body confident.
'I love my body more than I used to, even with all the different lumps and bumps since having Violet and Dominic, particularly Dom because my body changed a lot more after the second time round,' Rachael explained.
The stunner began her career in modelling in 2004 when she won Queensland Model of the Year, and she later placed third runner-up at Miss Universe 2009.
By 2011 Rachael had secured a role as a reporter for Channel Seven, and starred on the now-defunct reality series Dancing With The Stars.
It was on this program that she met her future husband Michael Miziner, and the couple got married two years later.
Since welcoming their two children, Rachael admitted that the pair have had to put extra effort into scheduling, to make sure that they are spending time together as a couple.
Speaking about family life in a recent interview with 9Honey, Rachael said: 'Because there is less time to dedicate to our relationship, we need to ensure we are planning date nights and time alone.'
