Since turning 40, Myleene has been making more of an effort to hone her physique and she has incorporated boxing to help her keep fit.
She told Hello magazine in February: 'I've put more effort into thinking about what I put into my body, how I use my body.
'I want to stay fit for my girls and set an example to them. I want to feel strong. I've incorporated boxing into the workout because I love how it makes me feel afterwards.'
