Doctors stars Bharti Patel, Sarah Moyle, Laura Rollins and Ashley Rice's jaws dropped as Sharon Marshall probed them with juicy gossip on Wednesday's This Morning.
The television presenter, 46, suffered a majorly awkward blunder when she accidentally revealed one of the staple characters were going to be killed off.
Sharon was left red-faced after her question over which star was going to be leaving the long-running series was met with blank faces and an eerie silence.

She said: 'I did hear a bit of gossip. I know you are only a small cast. You are only 13. I believe one of the big core cast members is going to be killed off soon.'
Quickly realising what had happened, the bubbly personality lamented how much she hated 'blank faces' as she filled the awkward silence.
'Oh, I hate blank faces.' She delivered. 'You are all here.' Phillip Schofield deduced: 'Maybe they don't know.'
Sarah pursed her lips, Laura's eyes were on stalks while Bharti and Ashley wore puzzled expressions.

The four-piece then looked to This Morning's presenters Holly Willoughby and Phillip Schofield in the moment of crisis on live television.
Ashley responded: 'Sorry what? Who’s going? Is it me?' Laura said: 'I don’t know anything about this.'
'Maybe they don't know,' Phil offered. But Laura then confessed: 'We do know.'
Sharon also expressed her concerns she may have landed herself in hot water with TV bosses after she had dropped the massive bombshell live on air.

Doctors is the long-running series which is on its 19th season as it continues to be successful almost two decades after its debut in 2000.
The medical drama follows the day-to-day lives of the staff at a Birmingham medical practice and explosive story lines often include dramatic encounters with patients.
