Elizabeth Smart was the belle of the Gracie Awards in Beverly Hills on Tuesday.
The blonde beauty, who bravely told her abduction story through the intimate two-part biography special Elizabeth Smart: Autobiography, received a standing ovation from the entire room as she accepted the Gracie for Best Producer, Non-Fiction.
'When I ultimately decided to tell my story, it wasn’t to put my nightmare on air,' said 30-year-old Smart. 'It’s because I had met other survivors.'

In her Autobiography, Smart shares her story in her own words, providing previously untold details about the nine-month nightmare in the grasp of her bizarre, cruel captors. She relates perspective she's gained on the agonizing ordeal and how she has been able to focus on her recovery, marriage, motherhood, and advocating for others.
The series came out in November.
Also at the event was Megan Mullally of Will & Grace fame, who looked like one happy lady at the Gracie Awards in Beverly Hills on Tuesday evening.

The 59-year-old beauty appeared closer than ever with her husband Nick Offerman, 47. The two were seen cuddling on the red carpet and also shared a kiss when she was on stage receiving an award.

His wife was slender in a black jumpsuit with white fringe on the sleeves. She wore her red hair down and had on pretty cherry red lipstick.
During the event, Nick presented Megan with the award for Actress in a Supporting Role – Comedy or Musical for her role on Will & Grace.

The awards event is held by The Alliance for Women in Media – whose mission is to support women across all media segments, to expand networks, educate and celebrate accomplishments.
