Spencer Matthews prepares for fatherhood as he dotes on pal Binky Felstead's daughter India in sweet clip

He will welcome his first child with fiancée Vogue Williams later this year.

And Binky Felstead joked that she was showing dad-to-be Spencer Matthews the ropes as she shared a sweet clip of him bonding with her baby daughter India on Instagram on Wednesday.

The former Made in Chelsea stars enjoyed a joyous reunion hanging out at Chelsea's Bluebird restaurant, though Spencer, 28, appeared to be taken with Binky's little one - who is just weeks away from celebrating her first birthday.

The reality star was captured cooing over the adorable tot and pinching at her delightfully chubby cheeks as they sat in the sunshine. 

'Can't get enough of those cheeks,' Binky - who shares her daughter with boyfriend Josh 'JP' Patterson - wrote in the clip. 

She later shared a snap of herself and Spencer holding on to a standing India, writing: 'Showing this one the ropes.....'

Spencer and fiancée Vogue, 32, are set to welcome their little one in September, six months after they revealed they were expecting their first child.

The March announcement came shortly after Spencer got down on one knee at a performance of the Lion King at London's Lyceum Theatre. 

Speaking to HELLO! magazine last month, Spencer confessed he and Vogue have already got the baby preparations well underway.  

He gushed: ‘We read the odd baby book and stuff, and play the baby music and talk to the baby. We’re actually pretty prepared.'

Meanwhile, Vogue recently told Closer that her 'general life anxiety' has flared up in recent weeks, which she tries to keep in check with regular exercise.

The model revealed she has suffered from anxiety throughout her life - but has endured more serious bouts during her pregnancy. 

She said: 'I get quite bad anxiety and it's come back a bit while I've been pregnant. I don't know why I have it - it's just general life anxiety.'

While she knows the condition is hard to get rid of, Vogue added that she eases her stresses with regular exercise and a healthy diet.
