Locklan 'Locky' Gilbert is set to begin his search for love on the eighth season of The Bachelor.
And while he may have a mansion full of ladies vying for his heart, Bella Varelis, 25, has been tipped to win the show.
Employment site SEEK have analysed the previous jobs of the final three contestants from former seasons and predict that Bella could be the one to walk away with Locky in the end.

They have identified the top five skills and attributes of the former winners and used them to predict the marketing consultant as the girl to win the former Survivor stars' heart.

The key attributes of contestants from previous seasons include time management, communication, problem solving, negotiation and interpersonal sensitivity.
SEEK found that 64 per cent of winners had good communication skills, more than half were great negotiators and 55 per cent aced time management.

A quarter of final three contestants were also great with organisation and 22 per cent were great at multitasking.
Bella has been tipped to win the show, followed by media buyer Bel Colwell, 25, and Leilani Vakaahi, 27, as the second runner up.
Meanwhile, TAB's latest betting odds also suggest that the winner of The Bachelor has been leaked ahead of the premiere.

The bookmaker has Irena, who is at $2, as a favourite to win Locky's heart, followed by Bella with odd of $4.
Their closest rivals are aspiring actress Marlaina McPhillips, who at $4.50, as well as Nadine Kods at $7.50.
Irena and Bella's short odds suggest some degree of insider knowledge that one of these two women wins.
