Netflix just dropped the first trailer for its latest reality TV offering, Million Dollar Beach House.
The TV series, centering on real estate agents in the Hamptons, is coming to the streaming service on August 26.
Million Dollar Beach House takes viewers inside the competitive world of Nest Seekers, an upscale Long Island real estate company with brokers all vying for big commissions on local homes.

'The Hamptons is one of the most competitive places to be a real estate agent,' says one agent in the trailer.
'In a perfect world, we will break $1 million a year in commission,' says another.
'Michael and I have been best friends since high school,' the guys explain of their friendship.

'After seven years of killing the New York City real estate market, why not just kill it out here,' says Peggy.
However we quickly see sparks fly between the company's only female agent and one of the guys, Noel, whom she accuses of being 'so phony.'
'If you want a friend, buy a dog,' Noel fires back, leading Peggy to admit in a confessional that she's 'never met another broker as rude as Noel.'
