Conjoined twins Abby and Brittany Hensel have sparked pregnancy rumors after sharing an unusual video on social media.

The twins, 34, who were born with a rare condition called dicephalic parapagus, have become social media sensations after sharing their story.

They were further thrust into the spotlight after it was revealed Abby secretly tied the knot in a 2021 wedding ceremony.

Now, the conjoined twins have once again raised eyebrows after posting a shocking clip on their TikTok account, where they boast over 303,000 followers.

The video, which has garnered over 36,000 views, shares a series of 'breaking news' headlines.

Each headline read something different, with the most notable being, 'This is so tragic' and 'What if one of them dies?'

The final headline revealed: 'Married and baby on the way.'

The 30-second clip, which was shared without a caption, left fans questioning if the twins had a baby on the way.

A slew of fans even took to the comments section to congratulate the pair.

Another user commented: 'Congratulations!'

Someone else wrote: 'Congratulations on being pregnant. You will make great moms.'

The video was shared on November 18, with the twins having yet to be spotted or share any other news since.

DailyMail.com has contacted Abby and Brittany for comment.

Just days before their rumored pregnancy announcement, the twins shared sweet snaps of life with Abby's husband, Josh Bowling.

They also took to TikTok and urged their followers to go vote.

In their caption, the 34-year-old sisters penned a reminder to their fans: 'Don't forget to #vote!'

Their post also included never-before-seen photos from Abby's secret wedding to the army veteran in 2021.

In one snapshot, the sisters were seen wearing a stunning, lace embroidered wedding dress and standing beside Josh.

It marked one of the first times the sisters had been pictured in months after several images were shared from Abby and Joshua's 2021 ceremony, which was only made public months ago.

Held in secret, photographs from their now-known nuptials saw the sisters modeling a beautiful wedding dress and posing with Abby's husband.

However, as news of the arrangement emerged, an array of questions were launched, with several citing that the two share the same sex organs.

They both currently teach fourth and fifth grade at a local elementary school, where they share the same paycheck due to teaching the same classes.

Called dicephalic parapagus, the condition the women have is described as a rare form of conjoined twinning, where both patients share the same torso.

In Abby and Brittany's case, they share the same bloodstream and all organs below the waist.

Each twin also controls one arm and leg apiece and retains individual movement of their own head.

Electing against a separation surgery due to the risk of both dying, the sisters have since lived as a pair.

The two, who starred in the TLC reality show Abby & Brittany from August to October 2012, have stayed out of the limelight for the most part since save for the occasional TikTok and odd Facebook post, with Abby's marriage only coming to light this past March.
