Beverly Hills plastic surgeon accused of drugging, raping woman as cops search for more victims

A prominent Beverly Hills plastic surgeon has been accused of drugging, raping and recording a woman while she was unconscious.

Babak Hajhosseini, 42, was arrested on November 26 after a woman reported the founder of the Wound and Burn Centers of America to the police.

Only one woman has come forward so far, but police have reason to believe there are other victims and are urging them to come forward.

Hajhosseini allegedly used job recruiting websites to lure women to his home, the Los Angeles Police Department (LAPD) claimed. He boasted of treating residents in some of the city's most ritzy neighborhoods.

The LAPD wrote in a statement: 'Hajhosseini used job recruiting websites and offered high hourly wages to locate and entice potential victims.

'He would then invite the potential victims to work overtime hours at his residence.'

The alleged victim told police Hajhosseini forced her to drink an alcoholic beverage that made her lose consciousness.

Hajhosseini was granted bail three days after his November arrest after his $2 million bond was posted. On December 23, the Office of District Attorney filed several charges against him.
