Ana Navarro flaunts her 'lines and wrinkles' as she goes makeup-free on 53rd birthday
Ana Navarro flaunted her 'lines and wrinkles' on Sunday as she celebrated her 53rd birthday by crossing the Panama Canal.
The View host took to Instagram to share some new snaps from her latest vacation and wasn't afraid to show off her makeup-free complexion - over a year after admitting she had indulged in 'longer lasting Botox.'
The first image showed Ana on a boat as she gazed into the distance with a beautiful sunset in the background, and a second similar photo saw her smiling as she cuddled her beloved pooch ChaCha.
In the next few snaps, she was seen rafting along the canal and appeared to be wearing minimal makeup as she rode the water.
Ana captioned the post: 'This is 53. No filters. No makeup. No hair-extensions. Full-on menopause and a few more lines and wrinkles, which I have earned through years of laughter and tears
'Started this new turn around the sun checking one off the bucket list by crossing the Panama Canal. Getting out of my comfort zone, rafting down a river -albeit a fairly calm one. And sailing into new adventures.

'For my birthday I was gifted the most beautiful sunset with a school of dolphins swimming on the side of my boat,' Ana continued.
'I missed my mom a lot. No matter where I was, she was always the first to call me early in the morning to wish me a happy birthday and tell me that she loved me.'
She then revealed: 'Strangely, yesterday I started the day with a crossword puzzle -like she used to do every morning - and one of the answers was her name, “violet”.
'Al said to take it as a message she wanted me to feel her presence,' the TV star added, and she was inundated with sweet comments.
'Absolutely, Mom was with you!! There are signs everywhere!! That was only one!!' one person told her.
'Love the Mom story. She’s closer than you think,' a second fan said, while a third wrote: 'Happy birthday Ana. This just brought me to tears.'
A fourth person commented: 'You are her greatest gift. Of course she will show up for you.'
And a fifth said: 'Happy birthday to you - strong, empathetic, witty lady! I’m sure your mother is so proud.'

Someone else wrote: 'Love the picture you are naturally beautiful anyway,' and a different person added: 'Fabulous 53. No filters needed. Happy Birthday!'
In July 2023, Ana opened up about her skincare routine and the procedures she'd had done in order to obtain a more youthful appearance.
Sharing various before and after pics Instagram, she told her 817,000 followers: 'This is not a paid partnership. I pay for my stuff. A lot of you comment that my skin looks better and ask me what I’m doing.
'Three things: 1. @carloswolfmd injects my forehead and crows-feet with Daxify (longer lasting Botox); 2. Since turning 50, I religiously use sun-screen, retinol, vitamin C, and hyaluronic acid serums. I wish I’d started sooner; 3. I’ve completed the three treatment package of Morpheus 8.
'I get it with the amazing @dermandbeautynp at Dr. Wolf’s office in Coral Gables. Morpheus 8 is micro-needling and high-frequency heat applied with a pistol type thingie. Looks like an electric glue-gun,' she continued.
'The idea is that it promotes your skin’s own collagen growth. To tell you the truth, I don’t really see much of a difference when I look in the mirror. But when I saw these photos, I was like whoa! Maylen takes these pics before each treatment.
'After the treatment, my face is very red for about three hours, and I have to stay out of the sun for a couple of days. It’s not cheap - though it’s a hell of a lot cheaper than surgery,' Ana admitted.
'I’m not recommending anything. I’m just sharing what I’m doing. What I would recommend is that if you are going to do injectables or Morpheus 8, you do your research and find a reputable place. Injectables gone wrong is not a good look. Ok. That’s all.'
