Katie Price has got engaged for the eighth time after her boyfriend Carl Woods proposed following a whirlwind 10-month romance.
The television personality, 42, announced on Tuesday that Carl, 32, asked her mum Amy, her father and son Junior, 15, for their permission, before getting down on one knee.
It comes six weeks after Katie's divorce from her third husband Kieran Hayler was finalised- three years after their split.

Speaking to OK Magazine about their engagement, Katie said: 'It's refreshing to be with a man that if I decided I never wanted to work again, he'd look after me, I just love him.

'We'd spoken about it a lot, so I knew he was going to, I just didn't know when. It was amazing. Carl asked my mum and dad for permission - and Junior. With Carl, Mum's already told him not to mess me around and so far he's passed the t****r test.'
Katie added Carl isn't interested in her fame 'or anything to do with' her alter-ego Jordan and has his own money.

Katie and Carl took to Instagram to share their happy news on Tuesday evening and uploaded a snap from their engagement photoshoot, with the mother-of-five proudly showing off her huge diamond ring.
In keeping with the bridal theme, Katie cut a glamorous figure in an off-the-shoulder white gown, while Carl looked dapper in a grey checked suit and white T-shirt.
Katie wrote: 'I said yes!', with Carl echoing her sentiments in his own caption.

Katie has made no secret of her desire to marry Carl and, when her divorce for third husband Kieran, 34, was announced last month, she told The Sun: 'Finally, we've signed the divorce papers. I'm so happy that I'm free from that marriage. The only good thing that came out of it was my children.
'I can now continue my life with all the badness behind me. All I can do is wish him luck. I can't wait to continue my life with Carl.'
Carl has played a proactive part in getting to know Katie's five children.

Katie is mum to son Harvey, 18, whose father is Dwight Yorke, Junior, 15, and Princess, 13, from her previous marriage to Peter Andre, and son Jett, seven, and daughter Bunny, six, from her marriage with her third ex-husband Kieran.
Carl also cared for Katie when a freak accident in Turkey last year left her with broken feet.
The former model had to undergo an eight-hour operation and use a wheelchair for several months as she began to recover from the life-changing injuries.

And the reality star last month sparked speculation she was pregnant when she posted a cryptic photo cradling her stomach- just days after her ex-husband Kieran announced he was expecting a baby with fiancée Michelle Penticost.
When questioned about the intriguing snap, Katie said on Steph's Packed Lunch: 'I've put on weight. Anyone can speculate what they like. Pictures can be deceiving in lots of different ways.'
More recently, the couple have embarked on renovating her £3million 'Mucky Mansion' in Surrey.
