Karl Stefanovic reveals his impressive weight loss as he runs errands in Castlecrag - after previously tipping the scales at 105kg
Karl Stefanovic was fighting fit on Monday.
The Today show host stepped out in his home suburb of Castlecrag, NSW, with his slimmed down physique on display.
The 48-year-old was looking slim indeed, wearing a black T-shirt and a pair of black and white striped shorts.
The TV star added a pair of leather slide sandals, and carried a bag full of goods from Woolworths.
He completed the look with a beaded bracelet and appeared relaxed as he went on the solo errand run.

Back in 2020, Karl pledged to lose 10 kilograms in 10 weeks on the Today show, after tipping the scales at 105kg.
'I started at 105kg, the heaviest I've ever been and it was incredibly embarrassing,' Karl said as he spoke to obesity expert Dr. Nick Fuller, who helped him on his fitness journey.
'I'd like to get down to 90kg at the end of all this. You don't think that is important but for me, it's a big psychological thing.'
At the time, Dr. Nick Fuller revealed the surprisingly easy diet he gave Karl to shed the pounds.

Speaking to Daily Mail Australia, he explained that weight loss should be sustainable and that wholegrain carbs and even the odd cheat meal are allowed.
Dr. Fuller revealed that Karl was following an interval weight loss program that focuses on long term goals, rather than quick and easy fixes.
The author and research leader said Karl was 'learning to retrain his brain' to eat healthier foods, including the likes of fruits, nuts, seeds, avocado on wholegrain toast.
'Interval Weight Loss is not a quick fix. A person loses weight in small steps to prevent weight regain,' Dr. Fuller explained.

Dr. Fuller said a typical day means eating a bigger breakfast, a bigger lunch, and a small dinner.
A sample diet, similar to the type Karl followed, included an omelette on wholegrain bread for breakfast, followed up with some fruit and yoghurt.
For lunch, people should opt for a toasted sandwich made from wholegrain bread with a source of protein, including tuna or chicken and avocado, packed with salad. Salad is another option, with quinoa.
For dinner, a protein like fish, chicken, meat or beans should be consumed with wholegrain carbs like brown rice or quinoa, and unlimited salad or vegetables.
