And the hard work has paid off for Laura Dundovic, who looked incredible when she was spotted posing in a white bikini on Sydney's Clovelly beach on Tuesday.
The former Miss Universe Australia revealed her flat stomach and toned limbs as she posed on a rock wall near the water.

The 27-year-old kept a sultry expression, her hair whipping in the ocean breeze as she showed off her figure in the high-cut bottoms and straight-strapped top.
The Sydney-born beauty is snapped in swimsuits as often as she is exercise gear, and recently admitted her bikini obsession during an interview with blog Dirty Talk.
'I have a bit of a love for bikinis,' she said, adding that some of her favourites are the $10 pairs she bought on holiday in Bali.

She rose to national fame following her win at Miss Universe Australia in 2008, but Laura also revealed in the interview that she almost didn't enter the beauty pageant.
'I had hardly considered even entering,' she said, before admitting she was completely and utterly shocked by her subsequent win.
The then 21-year-old decided to continue on with university and finish her psychology degree, before letting her competition win open doors for her.

'I let myself finish my degree and then dived into anything and everything the industry had to offer me,' she told the website.
Laura also spilled on her exercise routine, saying she is an avid runner, which she balances out with Yoga and Pilates workouts to stretch her muscles.
The stunner added that she likes to mix things up with dance classes.
'I also love dancing – I do hip hop and like to think I am a bit of a gangsta on the weekends.'
