She's checking out! Jessica Lange passes on American Horror Story: Hotel as Matt Bomer joins cast of hit FX anthology series
Jessica Lange has passed up on a Hotel stay while Matt Bomer has checked in.
The 65-year-old Emmy-winning star of the first four seasons of American Horror Story announced on Sunday she would not be returning for the fifth season of the FX anthology series subtitled Hotel.
Committing to each season 'is a huge investment,' Lange said on the arrivals line of the PaleyFest in Los Angeles tribute to the fourth Horror Story entry subtitled Freak Show.

The Hotel cast will include Lady Gaga who announced her participation in late February.

Actors Matt Bomer, 37, and Cheyenne Jackson, 39, also will join the Hotel cast, according to an article on Sunday by Entertainment Weekly.
The actors took the stage on Sunday at PaleyFest to announce they had joined the anthology series.
Bomer recently starred in HBO's The Normal Heart while Jackson had a recurring role on the NBC sitcom 30 Rock and a stint on the Fox show Glee.

American Horror Story was co-created by Ryan Murphy who also co-created Glee and directed The Normal Heart.
Bomer briefly appeared on Freak Show as a prostitute who gets murdered.
American Horror Story: Hotel is set to premiere in October.
