The 33-year-old former Bachelor star let go of her inhibitions on Saturday as she jetted to Noosa, Queensland, with a small group of friends where she showed off her new trim figure in bikinis and crop tops.

She told the publication that appearing on the show helped her realise her new man's qualities.
'To be honest, I definitely wouldn’t have given it a chance (with my boyfriend). And that’s because I wouldn’t have seen the qualities in him that I really needed if I hadn’t been on the show,' she said.
