Shocking: It was the biggest disaster of her career. But Nicole Kidman was still nominated for a SAG award on Wednesday morning for her role as Princess Grace in the 2014 TV movie Grace Of Monaco
Hard to believe: The 48-year-old Australian actress was nominated in the Outstanding Performance by a Female Actor in a Miniseries or Television Movie category
Also nominated in that category were Queen Latifah for Bessie, Christina Ricci for The Lizzie Borden Chronicles, Susan Sarandon for The Secret Life Of Marilyn Monroe and Kristen Wiig for The Spoils Before Dying.
Kidman's film was so troubled, it went from feature film that had Oscar hopes to a Lifetime movie that did poorly in the ratings.
When the movie was screened in Cannes in 2014, it was booed.

Even the royal family of Monaco was enraged.
In May 2014 Kidman responded to their harsh remarks by talking to DailyMail.com: 'I know they're upset. I would be too if it were my mother. It's a child's job to protect their parent. In that regard, I get it. I get why the children are upset.
'I can't say much other than that I have great respect and regard for their mother.'
BuzzFeed called Nicole's performance 'ridiculous and a touch offensive.'

The New York Times added: 'Nicole works so hard to re-create the movie star’s voice, mien and magic that the distance is only magnified.'
The critic then went on to note that while Kelly was 'fire and ice,' Kidman is mostly 'ice.'
Kidman played Grace Kelly six years into her marriage to the Prince Of Monaco when she wanted to return to Hollywood to film Alfred Hitchcock's Marnie. Her husband prevented her from doing so and the part went instead to Tippi Hedren.
After Grace Of Monaco, a rare low in Nicole's career, she went on to star in Paddington, Queen Of The Desert and Secret In Their Eyes.
Her next film will be Lion, about a five year old Indian boy that gets lost in Calcutta and is adopted by an Australian couple.

As far as the SAG nominations overall, Eddie Redmayne could be well on his way towards another winning streak.
The actor was nominated for his performance in The Danish Girl after winning the previous year for another lead role in The Theory Of Everything.
However, he has some stiff competition in the form of Leonardo DiCaprio (The Revenant), Johnny Depp (Black Mass), Bryan Cranston (Trumbo), and Michael Fassbender (Steve Jobs).
Cate Blanchett tops the list for Outstanding Performance by a Female Actor in a Lead Role for Carol.
Did she go overboard? BuzzFeed called Nicole's performance 'ridiculous and a touch offensive'
Going against Blanchett, who won in the same category in 2014 for Blue Jasmine, is Helen Mirren (Woman In Gold) - she's won at the SAG three times before - Brie Larson (Room), Saoirse Ronan (Brooklyn), Sarah Silverman (I Smile Back).
Meanwhile, for supporting actors it will be a battle between Christian Bale (The Big Short), Idris Elba (Beasts Of No Nation), Mark Rylance (Bridge Of Spies), Michael Shannon (99 Homes), and Jacob Tremblay (Room).
The female actors in a supporting role category is stacked with Helen Mirren (Trumbo) and Kate Winslet (Steve Jobs) topping the list.

Rachel McAdams (Spotlight), Rooney Mara (Carol), and Alicia Vikander (The Danish Girl) complete the list for best supporting actress.
While the ensemble for a motion picture category sees Beasts Of No Nation go against The Big Short (Ryan Gosling, Brad Pitt, Christian Bale, and Steve Carrell), Spotlight (Michael Keaton, Mark Ruffalo, Rachel McAdams, Liev Schreiber, John Slattery, Brian d'Arcy James, Stanley Tucci), Straight Outta Compton (O'Shea Jackson Jr., Corey Hawkins, Jason Mitchell), and Trumbo (Bryan Cranston, Diane Lane, Louis C.K., Helen Mirren, John Goodman).
Anna Faris and Anthony Mackie announced the nominees on Wednesday morning in Los Angeles.

With many of this season's film awards categories still wide open, the Screen Actors Guild Awards nominations will help bring serious contenders into better focus.
The Screen Actors Guild Awards honor the best film and television performances of the year. Nominees are selected by separate movie and TV nominating panels, each comprised of over 2,000 randomly selected SAG members.
Many members of the SAG movie panel also vote for the Academy Awards and as a result, the SAG nominees have traditionally served as a helpful indicator of potential Oscar acting nominees.
The 22nd annual Screen Actors Guild Awards will be broadcast live on January 30 from Los Angeles on TNT and TBS.
SAG is often considered the best predictor for the Academy Awards, with last year's winners going on to claim Oscar gold.
