Plot: Langoti Man revolves around Theertha Prasad, a man determined to abandon his traditional langoti and embrace modern underwear

Review: Theertha Prasad (Akash Rambo), raised in a traditional Brahmin family, has always been bound by the family custom of wearing a langoti (Kaupina) instead of underwear. This tradition, passed down from his ancestors, is strictly enforced by his grandfather, the family head. The humiliation he's endured since childhood has fuelled his determination to break free from this tradition and embrace modern undergarments.

With the sudden demise of Theertha’s father, pressure mounts on Teertha to follow the tradition. Before he dies, Theertha's father, too, makes him promise to uphold the traditions of the family. Amidst this struggle, Theertha finds love with Nabha, who quickly reciprocates his feelings.

However, the plot takes a different turn when Theertha is wrongfully accused of a rape incident while accompanying his grandfather to a Satyanarayana Pooja at a hotel. This twist raises the stakes: will Theertha face the consequences for a crime he didn’t commit, or can he prove his innocence? extend my heartfelt thanks to Prateek for his exceptional performance in the role. His portrayal was truly amazing and felt incredibly realistic.
