Lottie Moss broke down in tears on Celebrity Bear Hunt as she opened up on her failed rehab stint for substance abuse and depression that 'didn't work'.

In emotional scenes, the former OnlyFans model, 27, couldn't keep it together as she candidly told her co-stars that her 2022 stay 'didn't work' and she was about to go into rehab again before starting the show.

Opening up to her co-stars on the Netflix series, Lottie said: 'Drugs and depression. You become quite numb. I didn't feel anything. I didn't care if I lived or died.

'I would have run it into the ground to be honest and my mum said, "You need to go into rehab'"

The younger sister of Kate Moss explained that it 'made her feel better but it didn't really work'.

TV personality Steph McGovern asked her what did work and Lottie honestly told the group: 'Nothing. I'm not going to lie to you guys, before coming in here I was about to go to rehab again.'

As she made the brave admission, she couldn't hold back her tears and put her face in her hands as she began sobbing.

'I'm going to get emotional,' she warned, but her campmates rallied around her to give her support and encouraged her to 'let it out'.

Lottie did a stint in rehab in February 2022 for substance abuse issues, specifically with cocaine, at an unspecified facility in the U.S.

The model says she never touched drugs or alcohol before becoming a catwalk star but later became hooked.

And the London-born socialite reveals she never felt able to confide in half sister Kate Moss about her troubles, admitting the endless comparison with the supermodel was a constant burden during her career.

Previously speaking in depth about her drug woes, Lottie said: 'I started quite early on with using drugs and alcohol as a crutch, as a coping mechanism, which there is not a lack of in the fashion industry.

'There were people in positions of power that were giving me drugs and alcohol when I was very young and so it didn't seem bad to me.'

She continued: 'When you have people around you who are enabling you, I am talking at high fashion events and people are in a penthouse suite, and its people that are working for a brand that is very well known and they're sat there doing drugs with you as a 19-year-old.

'That is so weird to me now… that should never happen in any industry.'

'The fact that no one said, 'maybe we shouldn't be enabling our client to do drugs. We should want her to be on her A game and doing her best, wake up in the morning and do a gym class, instead it was lots of alcohol', and it goes hand in hand.'

In September 2024, Lottie was rushed to hospital after she took high doses of Ozempic given to her by a friend who bought it under the counter from a doctor.

The model was violently ill, suffering a seizure and severe dehydration after taking the drug when she weighed around 60kg - just 9stone.

She said she would rather 'die' than use Ozempic again, which is meant to treat the obese or diabetics and has suffered global shortages.

Lottie recalled having the seizure, which was caused by severe dehydration, and said her face and hands clenching up was one of the 'scariest' experiences she has ever endured.

She said there were, 'small things I wish I'd known before taking it' and revealed her weight plummeted to around 53kg in a few weeks.

After being seen by medical professionals, Lottie learned the dosage of Ozempic she was injecting into her leg should be prescribed to someone weighing at least 100 kilos - nearly double her size.

Lottie's newest admission comes after she admitted she was 'bored' for most of her time on Celebrity Bear Hunt because she had nobody to talk to during the day.

While she said the show was 'life-changing' after being removed from reality and cut off from her phone, Lottie said she struggled with keeping herself busy.

Speaking on her Dream On podcast, she said: 'I was so bored. In the day people would just sleep and one time, I had no one to chat to, no phone, no TV.

Explaining the lengths she went to, Lottie added: 'I went on the beach and was picking up tiny shells and trying to find things from a shipwreck.'

In a contrasting statement, Lottie previously claimed in November 2022 that her rehab treatment earlier that year was the 'best thing ever' for her mental health.

During a conversation on Jamie Laing's Private Parts podcast, she also revealed she began watching 'toxic' porn aged 11.

Speaking of her cocaine addiction, she poignantly confessed she had been surrounding herself with people who 'only wanted her there because she was drinking and a fun time'.

She also explained how she had been concealing her battle with depression for months before her mum Inger and best friend encouraged her to seek professional help at the centre too.

She told former Made In Chelsea star Jamie: 'I didn't realise I had depression for a very long time. I just thought everyone felt this way... and I thought you just kind of get through it.

'I couldn't get out of bed in the morning. I quit modelling; I was doing some OnlyFans but not really. I didn't recognise myself.

'I always wanted to be the fun one, and then I got to the point that my mum and best friend came to me and said: "You need to get rehab because you are so depressed."

'I had never ever spoken about my true feelings for things. You have to tell people about how you feel, whether it's your therapist, your parents or your friends.

'Talking about things you have gone through is so important because if you don't, you can't heal from it, you can't ever get over it, it just rots in your brain. And then you start to blame yourself for things. It's a poison.'

Elsewhere in the interview, Lottie revealed she first started watching porn aged 11 and described it as 'toxic'.

The OnlyFans star said: 'I was so young, and I had an iPod touch, and I used to watch porn on it. I used to type in "girls kissing girls". That was my first ever one.

The star, who came out as pansexual in 2020, added: 'I was probably like 11. I was young.'

She continued: 'I think finding pornography so young was quite toxic.

'I felt so much pressure because all the guys at school watched porn. Men grow up watching porn, but it's not how sex is.

'I know pornstars now, and I do OnlyFans. Speaking to them, they say it's all fake, the entire thing is staged. Sorry to break everyone's hearts.

'I had sex very early on. I just had sex a lot when I was 15, 16. And now I'm just like, "I can't be bothered."'

In 2022, the influencer revealed online that she was in rehab for substance abuse issues, specifically with cocaine, at an unspecified facility in Arizona.

It was reported at the time that Kate had 'fallen in and out of sympathy' for her and had been left with her 'head in her hands' due to Lottie's career choices.

Page Six also claimed a family source told how even Kate's daughter Lila 'won't have anything to do with Lottie' due to her antics with the wrong crowd.

The insider said: 'During lockdown, Kate invited Lottie to come and live with her in the Cotswolds at her country house. Lila point-blank refused to have anything to do with Lottie on social media.'

The catwalk veteran, who was pictured alongside lines of a mysterious white powder in 2005, also allegedly finds it difficult to be around people who abuse cocaine and alcohol.

They added: 'Kate was frustrated because Lottie kept on wanting to drink and posting sexually provocative stuff on Insta all the time. It isn't easy for Kate to be around people who are drinking, and she definitely won't be around anyone who is using cocaine.

'Lottie had been in Los Angeles, running with a fast crowd, and Lila was not into it at all. She is disdainful of Lottie. Another time Lottie dyed her hair pink with Lila's help, and Lila refused to be in a single picture on Instagram with her.'

When Lottie finally departed the Vogue cover star's home 'in a foul mood', she left behind two bottles of her sister's favourite bottle of wine which was interpreted as a 'f**k you' gesture, according to the publication.

Tensions grew over Lottie's wild ways that saw her regularly taking drugs five times a week, which was a huge red flag to Kate who had ditched her own partying days.

Kate's love of boozing, which reportedly extended to flutes of prosecco at 8am and glasses of wine and vodka at lunch, saw friends coin her the nickname 'The Tank', but in recent years she's embraced yoga, wellness and quiet nights in.

Their lifestyle clash came to a head between the pair during lockdown, when Kate invited Lottie to stay at her Cotswolds mansion.

An insider told Page Six: 'Kate was frustrated because Lottie kept on wanting to drink and posting sexually provocative stuff on Instagram all the time.

'It isn't easy for Kate to be around people who are drinking, and she definitely won't be around anyone who is using cocaine.'

Kate was famously dubbed 'Cocaine Kate' when she was photographed snorting the substance in 2005, while dating Pete Doherty, who has made no secret of his own past drug use and addiction to heroin.

The roots of the rift between the sisters seem to originate with the large age gap between them.

Lottie is the daughter of Kate's father, travel agent Peter Moss, and his second wife, Norwegian Inger Solnordal, and was raised in Haywards Heath, West Sussex.

By the time she was born in 1998, Kate was already at the height of her fame as a catwalk model and had enjoyed a high profile romance with Johnny Depp.

Given her older sister's profile, it was no surprise when Lottie followed in her footsteps and signed with Storm Management in 2014 and began a mainstream modelling career.

And Kate seemed to give Lottie's career her seal of approval.

That same year, the pair were spotted side-by-side at fashion shows, including a Topshop runway show in 2014.

Meanwhile her first photoshoot was published in Teen Vogue, and she had her first full editorial not long afterwards in Dazed & Confused, a magazine which was co-founded by Kate's ex-husband, Jefferson Hack.

At one point it seemed like Lottie was on course to reach supermodel status in her own right, with modelling gigs for Chanel and Sonia Rykiel, an ad campaign for Calvin Klein and a Vogue Paris cover.

Aged 18, she was invited to Cannes as a guest of Dior and Chopard, while completing her A-levels.

Despite public perception that her famous older sister must have boosted her career, Lottie later insisted the opposite was true.

Appearing on The Matt Haycox Show Podcast in November 2023, Lottie said she has never had a close-knit bond with Kate.

When questioned on if she asked her big sister for advice when she entered the world of modelling, the Only Fans content creator confessed the two hadn't even been close when she was a child.

Walk this way: Lottie Moss showcased her model genes as she strutted down the catwalk for Oxfam's Fashion Fighting Poverty Catwalk Show at Ambika 3  in 2019, but her career in high fashion modelling is now over

'No, we just never really spoke honestly. It's always been that way, I never was sad about it really,' she said.

'You know obviously it's not great to hear that someone doesn't really care for a relationship with you... but you know we would see each other at Christmases and things like that and play family a little bit.'

Explaining her estranged relationship with her fashionista half-sister, Lottie revealed she had 'never really known' Kate, adding: 'It wasn't like I was losing someone.'

'It was never really like she chose to leave, she's 20 years older than me she's got every right to live her own life, she doesn't need to hang around with me.'

She doubled down on her claims in another inteview, saying that people had a 'common misconception' of her as a 'nepo baby' because of Kate.

'How do I say to people that I don't know her and that she doesn't reply to my texts?' she added.

I honestly think the whole "nepo baby" concept is so weird; there are so many people in the world that have had obvious advantages in their career because of who they know or who someone in their family is, not just famous people.'

The truth of the matter, however, seems to be a little more complicated that Lottie has made out.

According to a family member, the pair did once share a bond, which cooled along with Lottie's public proclamations about their relationship.

‘There was a time when they were a lot closer,' they told MailOnline.

But they insisted they don’t want to talk about the sisters’ feelings for each other in public - but should address any issues privately within the family.

Then, there was the controversial launch of her X-rated OnlyFans career, where she stripped naked for the subscription service, leaving behind her career in high fashion.

Lottie was swiftly removed from the Storm modelling agency website, with her admitting her family 'was in turmoil over it'.

A family source claimed at the time, even Kate's daughter Lila, 'wouldn't have anything to do with Lottie' due to her antics with the wrong crowd.

Lottie also launched her X-rated OnlyFans career. Prior to that, Lottie had been signed with Kate's old modelling agency, but was swiftly removed from the agency's website

At the time, Lottie's father confirmed the model was doing 'just fine' in rehab, where she was seeking treatment for drug addiction.

After Lottie was accused by a follower of focusing more on her social media content than her recovery, Peter Moss told The Sun that his daughter is 'fine'.

Peter is also shares Kate with fist wife Linda Shepherd. Lottie's mother is model Inger, who is his second wife.

Lottie - whose career has taken a rather different trajectory to that of her sister - shared a series of TikTok videos as she explained she is receiving treatment for 'drug addiction'.

Referencing HBO's new series Euphoria - which focuses on a group of drug addicted high school students - Lottie added: 'I think I took euphoria too literally u guys.'

Lottie remained active on social media and continues selling 18+ content on OnlyFans, despite attempting to change her lifestyle - a fact that has not gone unnoticed by followers.

In a second post, she wrote: 'The staff at r3h4b when I go outside for the 10000th time to $mok3.[sic]'

The video saw her miming to 'yes I will be having a motherf***ing cigarette today. If you're offended by a f***ing cigarette you might as well jump off a cliff now.'

After she shared the video, one follower commented: 'In rehab but more focused on making videos? Not putting in the work needed....' with Lottie replying: 'Everyone’s recovery is different - have a sense of humour.'
