Pregnant Jennifer Lawrence shows off her growing baby bump in a chic look with husband Cooke Maroney in NYC

Jennifer Lawrence showcased her growing baby bump as she brushed aside the rainy weather with husband, Cooke Maroney, in NYC on Tuesday.

The Oscar winner, 34 - who recently flaunted her maternity style while grabbing lunch with pal Sienna Miller - enjoyed a relaxing stroll with the art gallery director as they attempted to stay dry under an umbrella.

Last month in October, a representative confirmed to Vogue that the actress is expecting her second child with Maroney. The pair are already parents to son, Cy, two.

For the latest outing, Lawrence donned a green and black-checkered dress which was layered with a long, white coat.

Jennifer additionally slipped into a pair of black, crocodile-embossed boots and easily carried a black purse over her right shoulder.

The star's locks were parted in the middle and pulled back into a simple ponytail, allowing a few loose strands to border the sides of her face.

The Hunger Games actress opted for minimal accessories, and added a few flashy necklaces as well as stylish, black shades.

Jennifer's husband kept it casual wearing a pair of black, denim jeans as well as a black raincoat that was buttoned at the front.

Cooke completed the outfit by also sporting a pair of black and white-colored sneakers that were secured with laces.

As the couple - who tied the knot in 2019 - walked along a quiet street in the Big Apple, Maroney was seen holding a black umbrella over their heads while heading to their next destination.

Their excursion comes just one month after it was confirmed that Lawrence is pregnant with their second child.

At the time, a source told People that the No Hard Feelings star is 'thrilled to be pregnant again.'

'She loves being a mom. She's thrilled to be pregnant again. It feels like the perfect timing to her. Her son will be 3 when the new baby arrives.'

The insider added that Jennifer is 'very happy with Cooke' while adding, 'They are great together. He's super chill and it rubs off on her.'

Back in July of this year, a source told Entertainment Tonight that both Lawrence and Maroney possibly wanted to have a second child.

'Jennifer and Cooke are doing very well and are super in love. They make each other laugh and have the best time parenting together.'

The insider continued at the time, 'They would love to have another kid and expand their family.'

Last year in June, while opening up to Cameron Diaz for Interview Magazine, Jennifer discussed stepping back in front of the camera after welcoming her son and credited Maroney as being 'the greatest father.'

'Fortunately my husband is the greatest father in the entire world, so when I'm working, I don't have any more guilt than the usual every day, all-day parent guilt,' she said.

The actress also talked to Vogue in 2022 about motherhood and how welcoming her son to the world 'felt like my whole life had started over.'

'I just stared. I was just so in love. I also fell in love with all babies everywhere. Newborns are just so amazing.'

As she prepares to welcome baby number two, Lawrence has been keeping busy and recently glammed up at the 15th Governors Awards in L.A.
