Celebrity chef Rachael Ray has revealed that she doesn't like to watch herself on TV - in fact, it's something that really makes her 'nervous,' even after all these years.

The 56-year-old, who recently sparked health concerns among fans, shared the vulnerable confession on this week's episode of her podcast, I'll Sleep When I'm Dead.

During this episode, she hosted Clueless actor Jeremy Sisto, as the two spoke about work, their personal lives and how to stand up for yourself in the business.

At one point, Ray and the actor spoke about their love of work and how they like to collaborate with others on set, to which the podcast host admitted that she has a hard time actually watching herself on screen.

'I don't like watching myself at all,' Ray divulged.

'It makes me very, very nervous and self-conscious and I can't handle it,' the star shared.

However, she said that Sisto told her that he used to feel the same way, but ended up learning a lot once he got over that fear.

Ray's admission comes just weeks after rumors began to swirl about her health after she posted a video which appeared to show her slurring her speech.

The video was a preview from her new show, Rachael Ray in Tuscany, and showed her cooking Ossobuco while paying tribute to the late Tony Bennett.

At the time, her rep told TMZ that she had 'no comment' about the matter.

After some viewers shared their concern, Ray admitted during the premiere of her podcast last week that she's suffered 'a couple of bad falls' recently.

The celebrity chef shared that she enjoys doing 'physical labor' around the house but has had to cut back on certain tasks lately because she took 'a couple of bad falls' while carrying wood.

Speaking clearly and cheerfully, Ray said: 'I'm a homemaker. I love chores. I love being in the kitchen. I always work with my brain everyday, I'm always writing something, but I really like chores.'

She continued: 'I like what people consider physical work. I like making dinner, planning dinners, making lists. I love physical labor, helping carry in the wood.'

Ray then noted, 'I've had a couple of bad falls in the last couple of weeks, so I haven't been doing that in awhile, but I love carrying wood.'

On her podcast, which premiered in late October, Ray has been quite open about all of the different aspects of her life.

Speaking on an episode earlier this month, she candidly shared more about her relationship with husband John M. Cusimano.

The two have been married for nearly 20 years, tying the knot in 2005.

Ray stressed the importance of how we treat one another, and admitted that what's been 'essential' to her success over the years is the partner she chose.

'John works with me and has built our business and our brand together, but we agreed in concept about service to community, service to the world, service to animals, to children,' she said.

Ray explained that she and her husband didn't get married until they were in their later thirties, but it was important to her that they tied the knot because she felt like he could be a 'true partner' in what she believed in.
