Rosie O'Donnell's adopted daughter bailed out of jail by birth mom after slamming star for not bailing her out

Rosie O’Donnell's daughter Chelsea O'Donnell was bailed out of jail by her birth mother last week after more than a month in custody following an arrest on child abuse and drug charges.

Deanna Micoley paid $4,000 bail for Chelsea, 27, to be released from custody in Wisconsin, with authorities demanding Chelsea remain sober and not possess any drugs or alcohol, US Weekly reported Tuesday after reviewing court docs.

Chelsea was arrested in Amberg, Wisconsin on September 10 after a search warrant was executed, and charged with felony child neglect, methamphetamine possession, THC possession and overseeing a place where drug trafficking was taking place.

Chelsea also faces misdemeanor charges of drug paraphernalia possession, disorderly conduct and having medication she didn't have a prescription for.

Chelsea was subsequently released from custody after a $2,000 bond was posted later on in September. She subsequently placed back into custody at the Oconto County Jail in Oconto, Wisconsin after an October 11 arrest in which she had a meth pipe on her.

Chelsea faced additional charges of felony bail jumping, meth possession and drug possession, in addition to misdemeanor counts of drug paraphernalia possession and resisting or obstructing an officer, the outlet reported.

Chelsea told Dailymail.com earlier this month that Rosie, 62, was taking a tough love approach to the legal situation with her.

'When I called Rosie to ask her to bail me out, she told me flat out, "You belong in there,"' Chelsea said November 4. 'She said, "I really can't help you get out of there; I don't want you to kill yourself. I don't want to be responsible for you killing yourself."'

Chelsea told Dailymail.com from the jailhouse she was upset that the Emmy-winning entertainer appeared to be more invested in the freedom of convicted killers Erik and Lyle Menendez than her own.

'My mother is more interested in getting the Menendez Brothers released from prison than getting me out,' Chelsea said. 'I have a drug problem. I need to go to rehab, but I never killed anyone like the Menendez brothers.'

Chelsea told Dailymail.com that the A League of Their Own star 'has turned her back on' her.

The American Gigolo star's rep told US Weekly of Chelsea Tuesday that their 'family hopes that she gets the help she needs.'

Rosie, a longtime critic of President-elect Donald Trump, is mother to five adopted children: son Parker, 29, Chelsea, 27, Blake, 24, Vivienne, 21, and Dakota, 11.

The L Word: Generation Q performer last month spoke candidly about Chelsea's ongoing drug and legal problems in an Instagram post, saying that the family was hopeful she could achieve sobriety moving forward.

'Sadly this is not new for our family - Chelsea has struggled with drug addiction for a decade - we r all hopeful she will find her way out of this deadly disease,' the Long Island, New York native said October 19 on Instagram.

Chelsea told Dailymail.com that she felt there was a chance she could 'end up in prison' due to the arrests, and wanted 'to spend time with' her four children if that was the case.

Chelsea added at the time, 'I'm trying to get bailed out of here.'

Under the terms of her release, Chelsea will be permitted to see her children with Vicki Bourassa as the court-appointed supervisor, The Blast reported Tuesday. (Vicki is the mother of Chelsea's ex Jacob Bourassa, the father of three of Chelsea's four kids.)

Chelsea is also mother to one-year-old son Atlas, whose father is her boyfriend Jacob Nelund.

Under terms of her current release, Chelsea was ordered by the court to 'not possess/consume any illegal drugs, drug paraphernalia/controlled substances without a valid prescription,' according to legal papers reviewed by the outlet.

Chelsea is slated to report to court for a December 12 in the matter, the outlet reported.
