Katie Price arrives at court with Carl Woods accused of breaching restraining order against ex-husband Kieran Hayler's fiancée 'by calling her "gutter s***"'
- Katie Price was arrested in January for allegedly breaching a restraining order
- Ex-model is accused of calling her ex Kieran Hayler's fiancee a 'gutter s**g'
- Price was charged but pleaded not guilty on and requested a crown court trial
Katie Price was joined by partner Carl Woods as she arrived at Lewes Crown Court charged with breaching a restraining order by sending foul-mouthed texts aimed at her ex Kieran Hayler's fiancee.
Mother-of-five Price, 44, was arrested on January 21 on suspicion of breaking her restraining order against Michelle Penticost.
She is said to have called Michelle a 'c***ing w***e piece of s***' and a 'gutter s**g'.
Price was later charged but pleaded not guilty on April 27 and requested a crown court trial.
She was handed a five-year restraining order on June 3, 2019 banning her from contacting Penticost directly or indirectly.
The order came after Price hurled a foul-mouthed 'tirade of abuse' at her during a row in a school playground.
Today's hearing at Lewes Crown Court is to prepare for trial. Price arrived dressed in a thick, black wooly coat with large sunglasses and white high-heeled cowboy boots. Woods wore a bright, multi-coloured jacket.
Price was arrested at her home by officers at around 5.45pm on January 21 and taken to Worthing police station.
After a 12-hour interrogation she was released, though not before officers confiscated her phone, which they examined for evidence. If she is found guilty of the breach then Price could face a maximum five years behind bars.

Price and Kieran are parents to Jett, eight, and Bunny, seven, while he and Michelle are parents to seven-month-old son Apollo.
Price is also mother to son Harvey, 19, with her ex Dwight Yorke along with Junior, 16, and Princess, 14, with her ex-husband Peter Andre.
She also risks jail time for being arrested while still on licence for her drink-drive shame.
Yesterday, it was revealed that Price won't face jail for speeding because her offence is being dealt with remotely under a little-known procedure.
The troubled celebrity was allegedly clocked driving over the 60mph speed limit in a BMW close to her mucky mansion in Horsham, West Sussex - just 11 days before she crashed her car in September last year.
Mother-of-five Price, 43, was set to appear at Crawley Magistrates' Court charged with speeding and failing to provide information to the police.
But the case will now be dealt with under the 'single justice procedure', which allows for adults charged with summary-only, non-imprisonable offences to have their cases dealt with remotely by a magistrate.
It means the case can be dealt with by a fine and/or points on Price's licence and a driving ban. She cannot be jailed under the procedure, and the case has been adjourned to July 5.

Price avoided jail for September's booze and drug-fuelled crash by checking herself into the Priory for rehab costing nearly £7,000 a week. In total, she has been banned from the roads six times.
A single magistrate who does not have to be sitting at the court where a case is listed to be able to deal with it.
The procedure was set up in 2015 to deal with minor traffic offences and low-level fare evasion. It has also recently been used widely to deal with breaches of coronavirus rules.
They are dealt with by the magistrate who looks at relevant paperwork before coming to a decision. Defendants can make a plea online but if they plead not guilty they must turn up in court at a later date.
In October 2019, Price was banned from driving for 18 months for failing to inform police who was behind the wheel of her pink Range Rover during a crash in Bexley, south-east London.
She was still banned when she crashed her BMW last September and would have also been banned during the alleged speeding offence.
After the crash, tests showed the TV personality had 66 micrograms of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath - nearly double the legal limit of 35mcg. She also tested positive for cocaine.
An image shared by police from the scene of the crash showed a car flipped on its side, and after the crash Price's family expressed concern for her wellbeing.
District Judge Amanda Kelly slammed the former glamour model for 'seeming to think you are above the law' and said her driving record was 'one of the worst I've ever seen'.
Sussex Police said they wanted to appeal the suspended sentence, but found there were no legal grounds to do so.
