A clip of Wayne Bridge boxing has surfaced following the news that he is set to fight KSI and fans are impressed.
Mail Sport revealed that the former Chelsea, Manchester City and England star is set to face the influencer on March 29 with an announcement due imminently, subject to the signing of contracts.
The contest was officially confirmed when the pair stepped in the ring together on Saturday night and KSI immediately began to mock Bridge over his former relationship.
Bridge had previously been in a relationship with French underwear model Vanessa Perroncel while playing for Chelsea in 2009.
The relationship later broke down amid allegations that former Blues and England captain John Terry - who was Bridge's team-mate at the time - had allegedly had an affair with Perroncel.
Bridge may seem a strange choice to some and the announcement has received plenty of criticism but he is no stranger to the ring.

Bridge won the contest on points and fans were surprised by his skills after a clip surfaced
A video has done the rounds on social media of Bridge boxing Made In Chelsea star Spencer Matthews in an exhibition bout for Comic Relief in 2018.
Bridge made light work of Matthews, winning on points after a fight that saw two standing eight counts.
In the clip, Bridge can be seen piecing up Matthews before the referee steps in to deliver one of the counts.
Fans were surprised by the skills of the former footballer with one posting on X: 'Wayne bridge doesn’t actually look half bad if he can brush up and get fit he can make this fight a good one to watch.'
Another wrote: 'Wayne Bridge's fitness is second to none. He actually looked alright in a previous boxing match as well.
One said: 'I see everyone hating on Wayne Bridge after KSI announced he’s fighting him in March
'Wayne Bridge can actually box and is probably better than 75 per cent of the Misfits roster but yes he is 44 years old.'
While it's clear that Bridge can handle himself in the ring the majority of the response to the fight with KSI has been negative.
Fans have pointed to the fact that KSI has ridiculed the likes of Jake Paul for fighting professional fighters who are well past their prime.
Bridge is no professional and will be turning 45 later this year. He hung up his boots in 2014 following a career which saw him win the Premier League, FA Cup and League Cup at Chelsea.
Bridge also played for Southampton, Fulham, West Ham, Sunderland and Brighton and picked up 36 England caps.
Those who know him say he remains in peak condition.
