This Morning star Josie Gibson left Dermot O'Leary wincing with her awkward reaction to a guest revealing they have bladder cancer during Thursday's show.
The ITV star, 39, and her co-host Dermot, were chatting to someone on the phone in the studio, who had called in to play the daily Spin To Win game in an attempt to win cash.
Speaking to the guest, she said: 'Barry, it's Dermot and Josie here, you have come through to Spin To Win on This Morning.'
After the caller bagged a whopping £1,000 in the game, Josie gushed: 'You've won £1,000 Barry what are you going to spend that on?'
Barry replied: 'You've made my day, I've just come out of hospital with bladder cancer,' to which Josie stumbled before saying: 'Oh Barry, oh lovely.'
Viewers quickly picked up on the blunder as they rushed to social media to discuss it, with some viewers defending Josie.

Dermot couldn't hide his amusement at Josie's strange response to the caller
Writing on X, users quipped: 'Like the rest of us, I don’t think Josie quite heard what the contestant was saying. I think she guessed he might have said something nice and went from there. It took me a few video plays to hear he said cancer.'
'Did she just say... She did didn't she. Oh lord...'
'I don't think she meant anything by it. It was quite a poor unclear line.'
'Y’all will do anything to try and cancel someone. She clearly didn’t hear him or this was said in an endearment kind of way.'
Josie also experienced an awkward moment when etiquette expert William Hanson gave aher a telling off during his segment on table manners at Christmas.
As she poured some gravy directly from the jug to her plate, William shrieked: 'Ok stop, please stop!'
He explained: 'What I would suggest you use, see you've got a lovely ladle in front of you, would you please pick up the ladle and the gravy boat? So gravy is always ladled.'
Adding: 'Yes, even though it's got a spout. I know it makes no sense, but that's British etiquette for you.'
It comes just after Josie revealed the hilarious moment Sian Welby jumped and fell down a hotel bed after a drunken night out.

During her brief appearance on Capital FM Breakfast on Monday, Josie had Sian in stitches as she recalled the story.
Josie said: 'So basically we were all on a night out once and we had a little tipple and Sian jumped on the hotel bed and didn't realise it was two beds stuck together and the beds come apart and she got crammed in between these two beds.
'And we were so busy laughing because she just plonked down to the floor, that we couldn't even help her.'
Sian added: 'I was down there for like 20 minutes because she was too busy filming it. We've known each other a long, long time.'
And on Tuesday, Sian took to Instagram and showed fans the pictured behind the incident, where the mother-of-one could be seen lying flat out on the floor.
Sian wrote: 'For those listening to @capitalofficial and heard the story Josie Gibson told about me 'falling down a bed' I found the photo... @josiegibson'
Showing the photo, she wrote: 'I jumped on the "double bed" so violently that it pushed the two single beds apart. @josiegibson85 hand... not helping, just taking photos'.
