Rhian Sugden took to Instagram on Saturday to share a throwback snap as she told followers she had gone from 'geek to glam'.

The glamour model, 35, reflected on her younger self as she shared a snap from her teenage years, revealing she was 15 at the time of the snap.

A younger Rhian donned spectacles a sparkling top and gold chains as she wore her hair in bunches for the sweet photograph.

Besides the early noughties snap, Rhian shared a glamorous shot of herself in the present day.

Now with contact lenses, the gorgeous star wore a chic ensemble as her luscious locks fell to her shoulders in loose curls.

Donning a more mature palette of make-up, with a contoured complexion and a stunning blush lip, the television personality accessorised this time with more carefully chosen jewellery.

In an ode to her younger self she wrote: 'Shy, insecure, geeky, always seeking approval and incredibly anxious. Nothing like the person I am today. 

'I have better hair (thankfully) and finally got my head around using contact lenses. 

'My confidence is better, I no longer seek validation, I'm much happier and more content than I've ever been'.

Reflecting on her saucy career path she continued: 'It's each to their own and I know my life choices may not be everyone's cup of tea but I'm so grateful for everything my life has brought me so far.'

'The friends, the relationships, the experiences. The things I've learnt and and the person that I'm becoming as I get older.

'If you can't love yourself how the hell you gonna love somebody else? Also YAY for nerds! (I have to add, I do still love my video games and geeky magazine subscriptions - so that bits not changed at all)'.

In an exclusive interview, Rhian, who co-hosts new podcast Hot & Bothered with fellow OnlyFans star Sarah Jayne Dunn, 40, claims she looks like a 'seven-year-old boy from behind' because she is 'all up front' and lacks a curvy bum, as she focuses her fitness on toning up her lower body.

She said: 'I have always been quite lucky because my mum is slinky so I've got good genes, but all my weight goes to by boobs, which isn't necessarily a bad thing but right now my boobs are so big that it's unbearable to walk.

'I just booked a personal trainer because I want to build a bum and some legs. I am like a seven-year-old boy from behind… I'm all up front my bum lets me down.

'I want to go to the gym to sort my posture out because I am hunched over all the time.

'My breasts mean a lot to me but throughout my Page 3 years they were a size 32D and now I'm a 34F. I would love a nice B or C cup that would be my ideal though I'm sure my work would be affected.

'I can't wear nice outfits, I see these dresses that flat chested women can wear and I can't go out without a bra on. I'm getting older and gravity is going to kick in any day. 

'I'm tempted to get a boob reduction, but I know there can be a lot of scarring. I am going to the personal trainer to shrink my breasts. Watch this space, I'm hoping to be a B cup by next week.'
