Love Island's Samantha Kenny put on a brave face when she landed back in Liverpool on Wednesday following her shock eviction from the villa.

The Liverpool-born beautician, 26, was greeted my her mother and other family members, who ran to give her a hug as soon as they saw the beautician arrive with her iconic Love Island luggage.

Samantha was dumped from the show after TOWIE star, Joey Essex,  33, recoupled with his ex Grace Jackson days after she entered the Mallorca villa.

Herself and Joey were coupled up for two weeks prior to Grace's entrance and the blonde beauty had clearly started to gain feelings for the star. 

But as she landed back at home, Samantha did not let her disappointing exit dampen her reunion with her family.

For her journey home, Samantha wore a grey No Bra Clique tracksuit which she paired with some aviator sunglasses and Nike trainers. 

She added a hint of glam to her ensemble as she accessorised with a large Louis Vuitton bottomless bag. 

Her sweet reunion comes just hours after Lynne, her mother, publicly shamed Joey  after he 'ruined' the scouser's time in the villa which left viewers demanding 'justice'. 

After Tuesday's 'heartbreaking' episode, which saw the Liverpudlian being dumped,  Lynne, soon flocked to her daughter's defense. 

After ITV posted a snap of Joey looking slump by the firepit on the show's Instagram, Lynne commented on the post: 'You ruined by daughters 2weeks in the villa [heartbroken emoji] (sic)'. 

The comment attracted nearly 100 likes in a matter of minutes before Samantha replied with a savage swipe at the reality TV star. 

Samantha quipped: 'yes lynne he is a discrace (sic)'

The swipe from the mother-daughter duo comes just after Love Island fans demanded 'justice' for Samantha as they dub Joey a 'master manipulator'.

As a new bombshell, Grace chose to couple up with Joey with Samantha the only girl left single at the end of the coupling.

Nicole Samuel received a text telling the villa Samantha had been dumped, prompting her and Harriett Blackmore to burst into tears.

Grace tried to apologise to Samantha as she packed her bags but Samantha told her she 'didn't want to hear it'.

Joey then entered the room as Samantha packed and tried to speak to her but she told him she didn't want to hear what he had to say.

Joey said he had been with her 'for two weeks' but Samantha said anything he said to her would just be a 'p**e of s***e'. 

Viewers were left devastated at Samantha's shocking exit from the villa, with some insisting she should return as a bombshell, while many praised her for how she handled Joey and Grace.

Taking to X/Twitter, fans wrote: 'Petition for Samantha to be in the next bombshell group'... 'Justice for Samantha'... 'Bring Samantha back!!!'

'When it comes to Joey, I think if I knew what I know now, I perhaps would have done things differently.'

Asked if she wished she had got to know any of the other boys better, Samantha said: 'Definitely Ronnie.

'Ronnie's more my type than Joey was, but I feel like Ronnie didn't pursue anything with me because he didn't want to go up against Joey.'
