Real Housewives of New Jersey star Teresa Giudice is not letting the cold winter slow down her workout regimen.

The Bravo beauty, 47, took to Instagram Thursday to share off pictures and videos of a gym outing in which she exercised alongside her personal trainer, Patrice Vignola.

'Hitting the gym hard with this one,' she said in a shot, tagging Vignola, who reposted the sporty image writing, 'Love training this beautiful bada** Jersey girl!'

In the image, Teresa, who's mom to daughters, Gia, 18, Gabriella, 15, Milania, 14, and Audriana, 10, with husband Joe Giudice, 47, donned a black sports bra and plush grey workout pants.

In an adjacent series she posted to her Instagram Stories, Teresa joked Vignola was 'killin'' her as she went through a gauntlet of exercises while at the fitness facility, including bicep, arm and preacher curls and tricep rope pull downs.

The reality star has shown a fondness for fitness in recent years, even entering a bodybuilding competition in the Garden State last year.

Giudice, posing in Medford, New Jersey at the NPC South Jersey Bodybuilding Championships last year, came in third place in an over 40 bikini competition at the fitness event.

Teresa's toning has come in tandem with weight loss shown off by her husband Joe Giudice, who worked out frequently while in ICE custody to show off a much trimmer look upon his deportation to Italy earlier this year.

The family reconnected last month with Joe in Italy in a summit Teresa described as 'just very, very, very emotional.'

'I was so happy,' she told InTouch. 'I was happy he was free. I was happy. My daughters were so happy.' 

The outing came after Wednesday's episode of RHONJ, which showed Teresa coping with news that Joe's appeal to be deported was denied. He was deported to Italy October 11 in his 2014 fraud conviction.

'I am shell-shocked because this morning Joe's appeal got denied,' she said in a confessional on the series after she discussed Joe's slim odds to live free in the U.S. with family attorney James Leonard.
