And MailOnline can exclusively reveal that Carl, 35, met his new beautician girlfriend Megan Bell, 25, while undergoing treatment at her clinic.
A source told MailOnline: 'Carl and Megan met a few weeks ago when Carl booked in for a treatment at Megan's exclusive clinic.'
It comes after they made their first public appearance together at the Prestige & Village County Polo Trophy event, held at the Silver Lees club in Hertfordshire over the weekend.
The insider continued: 'This was their first public outing together. Megan was seen stomping divots with Carl and enjoying the company of Francine Lewis and her husband Joel and son Jake - who Carl has been friends with for years.
'They were very natural together - Megan is very beautiful - they were laughing and joking, having a great time.'

Carl shared a picture to Instagram at her salon on Monday, just hours after going public with the relationship on social media, and wrote: 'Time for the hot seat'
The pair caught up with Kieran as well as impressionist Francine Lewis , 48, who also shared pictures of themselves on the group.
It's the first time Carl has been pictured with Megan, who posted pictures from the day of herself wearing a tight strapless white dress and heels.
She also posed with a giant pig in one snap.
The outing comes five months after Katie started dating MAFS star JJ Slater, 31, with the pair saying they are 'in love'.
Meanwhile, Carl and Kieran both appeared to be enjoying each other's company as they sipped on beers ahead of a luncheon.
Carl wore a beige Ralph Lauren polo shirt which he teamed with blue jeans and a black jumper tied around his shoulders.
Meanwhile Kieran opted for a white shirt with a black blazer with skinny beige trousers for the day out.

Katie and Carl split at the end of 2023 after two years together.
The former glamour model tied the knot with Kieran in 2013 but later split in 2018 after welcoming two children, Jett, ten, and Bunny, nine.
Kieran later got engaged to fiancée Michelle Pentecost, with whom he shares a son, Apollo.
It's not the first time the exes have enjoyed some downtime as they celebrated Easter Sunday together earlier this year which left Katie fuming.
At the time, a source told The Sun that Katie was seriously irritated by the pair's friendship and claimed it was just because they were trying to 'have a dig' at her.
The source said: 'When Katie saw the pics of Kieran and Carl together she texted Carl that he was a 'sad c***'. She was absolutely fuming because it can't have been for any reason aside from to have a dig at her.'
Katie is also mum to Junior, 18, and Princess, 16, from her marriage to Peter Andre, and Harvey, 21, whose dad is Dwight Yorke.
It comes after Katie confirmed she's finally moving out of her Mucky Mansion after she was served an eviction notice to leave the property.
The mother-of-five revealed she will soon be collecting the keys for a new home and denied recent reports she was looking to move her family into a caravan.

Former I'm A Celebrity... Get Me Out of Here! campmate Katie was declared bankrupt for a second time in March over an unpaid tax bill of £761,994.05.
Speaking about the West Sussex property, branded the 'Mucky Mansion' because of its constant state of disrepair, Katie said: 'I absolutely hate the Mucky Mansion, even how it's been called the Mucky Mansion because of all the stuff that happened there before.
'I can't wait to get out of that house I've had nothing but bad memories in that house for nine years. I hate the Mucky Mansion, I never want to see it again and I can't wait to move into my new place, I am so excited.
'New beginnings, new start, reset button, I love it.
'But don't worry, I'll be featuring my new house on my YouTube channel when I get the keys and welcoming you to my new house, I can't wait, I just want to get rid of all the bad stuff in the past and have a fresh start.
'Although I would love a big caravan, it wouldn't fit us all in so it's definitely not a caravan I'm moving into.'
In March, she became bankrupt for a second time after she failed to pay her taxes, saying the reason she has debts is because she went through a 'breakdown.'
Speaking on the Stripping Off podcast with Matt Haycox , Katie said she wasn't even aware of the second bankruptcy, insisting, 'I will pay it, but it just has to be when I've got it.'

She said: 'Yeah, you should always pay your tax, this and that. But obviously, I went through a breakdown so then I didn't pay tax and that's sort of where the bankruptcy thing has come from.'
Katie has been given until June 26 to leave the Mucky Mansion, which became the subject of a Channel 4 documentary when she attempted to install life back into the property for the last time.
During an Instagram live last week, she confirmed there will be no further renovation shows based around the house, saying: 'Is there going to be anymore Mucky Mansions shows? No.'
She was served an eviction notice on April 24 and told to leave by the end of May but has been given an extension by her mortgage provider.
Katie was due to give evidence at the High Court over her finances last month but failed to turn up because she was on holiday in Cyprus with boyfriend JJ.
The 'Mucky Mansion' earned its nickname following years of damage to the property, including flooding, burglaries, mould and even reports of it being haunted.
