A popular elegance expert has revealed the beauty trends that scream tack rather than taste and could 'ruin your appearance'.
Anna Bey, a YouTuber who splits her time between London and Geneva, unveiled her top picks for 'worst beauty mistakes' - with eyebrow tattoos, veneers and chipped nail polish making the list.
Preened to the max in a stylish silk fuchsia shirt and barely there make-up - the lifestyle guru who 'helps women improve themselves' - listed the 'worst things' a person could do to their appearance.
Citing dramatic makeovers like Michael Jackson and Katie Price, she said making similar choices would 'hold your flawless potential back' and claimed her tips could help turn things around.
Addressing her 1.84million subscribers, Bey started with 'poorly made' eyebrow tattoos or any facial tattoos such as lip liner, eye liner and lip tattoos.
'Eyebrows are so much in focus and take up quite a lot of space on your face' she said.
'Professionals might not understand the pigment they're using so the colour might end up being wrong for you or even completely distorted - such as turning yellow, or blue or green. And then you're like stuck with these green eyebrows.'
The influencer said if the shape of the eyebrows wasn't 'suitable' for your face, or if they were too 'sharp' or not 'nice', it would be too late to change it up.
'This is a big mistake' she declared.

The beauty guru added that it was costly and risky to fix such mistakes and advised beauty lovers to check clinicians work in real life before signing on for the semi-permanent procedure.
Bey - who showed off her pearly whites in the video - then moved on to the 'common mistakes' people make when getting their teeth done.
She accused people of 'over bleaching' them or opting for colours that were 'too white', which she labelled as looking 'artificially made' and 'unnatural'.
For reference, she showed images of Katie Price, Simon Cowell and even Blake Lively.
'Based on my experience, when you are doing veneers and choosing a colour, you have to keep in mind that your teeth are going to become slightly darker with wear and tear.'
She went on: 'You can do just slightly whiter knowing that they're going to become darker. Unfortunately that doesn't stop people from choosing a colour that is way too white', she continued.
Also on her list was facial hair, especially having your 'moustache and beard visible'.
She acknowledged that most women have 'little bits' of hair on their upper lip and chin, and pointed her advice in the direction of those who grew 'long' hair in these areas.
Anna - who said she's 'pro surgery' - spoke on adult acne, an affliction she revealed she once suffered, and also said chipped nail polish 'cheapened one's appearance'

'Depending on your complexion, it might be visible, it might not be visible, but one thing's for sure - in broad daylight when you are in profile people do see hair sticking out if you have any visible hairs' said Anna.
For this she suggested remedies such as face shaving with a 'special face razor' and warned if attention was not paid to the issue, excess hair could, in her eyes, 'downgrade a woman's appearance'.
She also expressed distaste for 'overly botched faces' that included poor nose jobs like 'Michael Jackson' and excessive fillers that 'make you look like cat woman'.
The influencer said she was 'pro surgery' but 'I just feel like you have to take baby steps forward and go to the right professionals.'
She also said 'poorly made' eyebrow tattoos were a no no, as well as identikit facial procedures
Anna spoke on the 'pandemic' of 'Instagram and FaceTune face' - what the expert claims are procedures done to the eyes, face and lips that make women all look alike. She said many women had tried to copy Kim Kardashian's look, for example
'Really do your research, really take the time to take these decisions. Don't just rush into things. Don't just do something because it's a trend', she advised.
'Be mindful of what you do to yourself because at the end of the day you do a bunch of stuff that might end up making you look weird', she concluded.
Also making her list of beauty faux pas was the wrong hair color - Anna said a woman's hair should not be too light or dark for her skin tone, nor look dirty as, like eyebrows, it was a main attraction.
Anna moved on to the 'pandemic' of 'Instagram and FaceTune face' - what the expert claimed were procedures done to the eyes, face and lips that made 'everyone look the same' - and said they were also a no-no.
Anna also touched on 'poorly' done facial work, such as on noses, like in the alleged case of the late Michael Jackson
She picked out stars like Kim Kardashian as the representation of what women wanted to look like when they got these facial procedures done.
Anna also touched on adult acne, an affliction she revealed she once suffered with, saying it was 'terrible'.
'I'm not just talking about a few pimples' began Anna. 'I'm talking about when you have quite a lot especially in adult age.
'Once you are 20 plus or 30 plus or whatever, and you still have problems with acne, my advice is to really seek professional help.'
The expert told people to see a doctor and take medication as the latter 'cured her acne for the rest of my life'.
She also said chipped nail polish 'cheapened one's appearance'.
Still, the guru insisted women shouldn't aim to look perfect, but rather she made the video to help women 'find their true potential'.
