Whether or not your partner cheats could come down to their profession, a divorce attorney has claimed.

Arizona divorce attorneys Kate and Chris, from Simonds Law Group, often share insights into common reasons why people separate as well as how to navigate divorces.

In one video posted to TikTok, Kate shared the top three jobs where men are least likely to cheat, based on her experience in dealing in splits.

'If you're in a relationship with one of these type of men you're safe,' she declared in the recent clip.

'If you've lived through infidelity, it is so heartbreaking, and so don't take this as science,' she quipped.

Kate then named the first job where men are least likely to cheat - accountants.

'I think you're pretty safe with an accountant,' she assured viewers.

Kate went on to explain she sees a 'pretty common personality type' when it comes to men in this area of finance.

'You should be good with no cheating with an accountant,' the lawyer said.

The next profession least likely to cheat, according to Kate, was a pharmacist.

The expert then revealed the career most likely to not cheat on their partner was a farmer.

'If you are married to or in a relationship with a farmer, I predict, no cheating will occur,' she declared.

The expert also made a video sharing what the professions occupied by females are least likely to cheat which were librarians and accountants.

According to the Smith Investigation Agency, in 2025, men are still more likely to cheat than women.

According to recent data gathered from the General Social Survey, 20 percent of married men and 13 percent of married women admitted to having sex with someone other than their spouse.

While the experts seemed confident in their findings, viewers chimed in with their own thoughts.

'Accountants crunched the numbers and cheating isn't fiscally responsible,' someone joked.

'A cheater has nothing to do with someone's profession,' one user raged.

Others said they have first hand experience that these profession have been known to cheat on their partners.

'My dad was a farmer that did accounting and part time pharmacist and I can confirm he cheated,' someone wrote.

'Ummmmm coming from a farming community and this is sooooooo far off,' someone else chimed in.

According to Bhavna Raithatha, accredited by the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy, the lesser-known red flags a partner is cheating are more than just subtle behavioral changes.

It's often believed a cheater would lose all interest in having sex — given they're having it elsewhere. But this isn't always the case, Bhavna says.

She told MailOnline: 'Intimacy is physical and emotional. What you've been sharing with your partner is very sacred. It really bonds us.'

She added that increased phone use, suddenly becoming snappy and gaslighting their partner as other red fags.
