Jessica Alba posted a seemingly happy family photo for Christmas with her husband Cash Warren and their children this Wednesday.
Cash, 45, and Jessica, 43, have been married for 16 years and share three children - daughters Honor, 16, and Haven, 13, and son Hayes, six.
All five of them gathered in front of a Christmas tree for an Instagram snap that Jessica captioned: 'Happy Holidays from our familia to yours.'
The picture was part of an album showing an apparently idyllic Yuletide, with photos of the family enjoying quality time with one another.
However a cloud of speculation has been hanging over Jessica's marriage since was spotted without her wedding ring this month while dining in Rome, where she has begun filming her upcoming movie Maserati: The Brothers.
Now she has posted a new Christmas album with a perplexing detail that is certain to pour even more fuel on the conjecture.

In the snap of the family gathered around the Christmas tree, Cash was not wearing his wedding ring, and Jessica kept her left hand fourth finger hidden.
Another photo showed Jessica visibly wearing no wedding ring as she hugged Cash's father, Hill Street Blues actor Michael Warren.
The album comes after an interview was unearthed in which Cash confessed that he and Jessica split up four years into their relationship over his overwhelming jealousy.
According to a recently resurfaced E! story, Cash revealed in August 2023 on the Whine Down with Jana Kramer podcast that he was 'really jealous' of other guys.
'When we first started dating, I was really jealous of other guys and the attention she was getting from other guys,' Cash admitted.
'It just wasn't making me feel good. I was always a pretty confident person in my own [life], walking my own path and really happy there,' Cash continued.
'Next thing you know I'm looking up and feeling jealous all the time,' Cash spilled.
'We broke up four years into our relationship. It was the jealousy. I was turning into an a**hole, and so we broke up,' Cash said.

On the same podcast, Cash said he is his wife's 'biggest cheerleader' and he's 'not interested in the spotlight.'
The resurfaced interview comes to light after the Into the Blue star was spotted with Italian producer Andrea Iervolino on Monday evening without her wedding ring on.
Andrea is producing Maserati: The Brothers, the sports car biopic starring Alba, Michele Morrone, Anthony Hopkins, and Andy Garcia.
The Honest founder also ditched her jewelry on the beach during her family getaway in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico - although her husband was by her side.
The Barely Lethal actress showed off pictures from their family trip on Instagram, including photos of Cash.
'Mexico with my mains,' she captioned the post full of family photos, including a video of Cash and her son surfing.
Followers complimented her 'beautiful family' and said she and her daughters looked like 'sisters.'
