She recently revealed that appearing on Strictly Come Dancing has helped her regain her sexual confidence.

And Katie Piper seemed to be in good spirits as she left Strictly Come Dancing rehearsals on the back of a motorbike in London on Tuesday.

The 34-year-old TV presenter looked chic in a slogan T-shirt and red fur coat teamed with skinny jeans as she sped away from the dance studios.

The blonde beauty completed her look with black skintight leggings and carried her belongings in a large leather holdall. 

She styled her golden tresses in a sleek side-parting and framed her features with muted make-up.

Katie has been impressing judges alongside professional dance partner Gorka Marquez, with whom she foxtrotted to City Of Stars from La La Land on Saturday night's move themed instalment.

And speaking to Hello!, Katie admits her involvement in the show has boosted her confidence and 'made her feel sexy again' - ten years after she was the victim of a horrific acid attack organised by ex-boyfriend Daniel Lynch and carried out by accomplice Stefan Sylvestre. 

'I wanted to use the show as a tool to learn how to let go and feel sexy,' she explained. 

The mother-of-two told the magazine that she hopes the show makes her feel the way she did before having children, and before an acid attack left her severely injured.

She added: 'I used to feel like this some years ago and would like to get a small bit of it back.'

The presenter also revealed that she has relied on meditation to calm her nerves ahead of her gruelling weekly performances with Gorka, which is recorded live every Saturday night. 

'The mind is the most powerful tool you can call on in times of need and I've used it many times,' she said.  

Katie has also benefitted from a stable home life with doting husband Richard Sutton and their two children, Belle and Penelope.
