'Bad new after bad news. Disrupting out whole end of year sales plan. Leaving us with huge problems and to be honest quite frankly stockless.
'To say I'm devastated is an understatement.
'I feel completely stupid for even trusting this process in the first place. With more day of stress and uncertainty I'm left in the dark once again.
'We've made a plan A, to then have to make plan B to now having to think about a plan C.
'I really never want another small business to be put in this position or to go through what I have had to.
'Just have a few days left in the dark to try and get some answers and then hopefully I will be able to explain more on the issue and make sure nobody gets f***ed over like this again.'
Charlotte founded Pepper Girls Club in 2019 as she was determined to create an online fashion platform for fans to shop styles hand-picked by her.

Her bad business news comes hours after Charlotte branded Gregg Wallace 'extremely unpleasant' on Instagram as she joined celebrities slamming the BBC star amid a misconduct probe.
Gregg, 60, stepped away from MasterChef after 13 people accused him of 'wrong' and inappropriate 'sexualised' behaviour during filming, prompting an investigation by production company Banijay UK.
Geordie Shore star Charlotte joins a number of other accusers who publicly claim to have been on the receiving end of, or witnessed, toxic behaviour from the former greengrocer.
Among those to have gone public are musician Rod Stewart, whose wife Penny Lancaster appeared on Celebrity Masterchef, journalist Kirsty Wark and presenter Ulrika Jonsson, who said Gregg had made a rape joke to another female contestant on the celebrity show.
Wallace has previously denied making sexual comments towards women after it was reported he was investigated over remarks made while filming Impossible Celebrities in 2018.
He is yet to comment after stepping back from the cookery show yesterday - but did break his silence on social media to thank fans for their 'support'.
Charlotte, who starred on Celebrity MasterChef earlier this year, shared her own allegation about the TV host on Instagram last night.
She wrote: 'He [Gregg] was extremely unpleasant to me when I was on MasterChef'.
It came as other celebrities, including some at the BBC, appeared to throw shade at the fitness fanatic after news of the Banijay probe broke
Greg James dropped Wallace from his usual opening gambit as he kicked off his BBC Radio 1 Breakfast Show on Friday morning.
The radio host typically opens the programme with a sound bite of Gregg saying: 'Fire 'em up, let's go!'

A teary Charlotte in Celebrity Masterchef earlier this year. She said one round of the show had been a 'really long day'
Gregg, 60, stepped away from MasterChef after 13 people, including Newsnight host Kirsty Wark , accused him of 'wrong' and inappropriate 'sexualised' behaviour during filming, it was revealed yesterday.
Taking to social media, Geordie Shore star Charlotte, who starred on Celebrity MasterChef earlier this year, said: 'He [Gregg] was extremely unpleasant to me when I was on Master Chef'
But today, he instead played a clip of Daniel Craig from US late night show Saturday Night Live, as the Bond star says: 'Ladies and gentlemen: the weekend.' The BBC declined to comment on the Radio 1 broadcast.
Charlotte previously revealed she was reduced to tears while on the BBC show and that 'she was wrong to be so confident' going on the programme.
Speaking on The One Show alongside co-star Edith Bowman earlier this year, Charlotte explained: 'There's something about that space and that studio you feel like a little kid again.
'It's horrible, all the lights are on you. The pressure - it's really scary. There was a lot of emotion!'
Edith then confessed: 'We both cried!'
It comes hours after Sir Rod Stewart issued a furious rant at Gregg calling him a 'tubby, bald-headed, ill-mannered bully' for 'humiliating' his wife Penny Lancaster when she appeared on Celebrity MasterChef in 2021.
Fans of the show will remember Penny exiting in tears in 2021, after Gregg told her off with the 'serious' delay of her food and then refused to eat it.
Following Gregg's departure, Rod wrote: 'So Greg [sic] Wallace gets fired from Master Chef.
'Good riddance Wallace... You humiliated my wife when she was on the show, but you had that bit cut out didn't you?

Meanwhile, Charlotte told how she has recently 'trebled' her home security after a terrifying robbery attempt earlier this month.
The Geordie Shore star was upstairs with daughter Alba, two, when a gang of balaclava masked raiders entered her £1million Sunderland home.
One of the assailants were reportedly carrying a machete, with Charlotte's fiancé Jake Ankers, 34, going on to chase the four robbers out of their home.
And now, Charlotte isn't taking any chances with her and her family's safety after admitting that she's been 'living in fear', telling her fans how she's 'trebled' her security.
Taking to her Instagram stories, the reality star told how 'huge things were happening' in her home, as a team from AWI (Asset Watch International) were making major changes to the property in order to keep the family safe.
Charlotte, who was recently rushed to hospital with stomach pains, wrote: 'I now have the BEST security in the northeast with man guards, security dogs and 24/7 surveillance.'
She went on to share how she's been feeling since the ordeal, adding: 'I've been living in fear since last week. Not feeling safe in your own home with small children is really something else.
'I've been trying my hardest to put what happened out of my head! And I'm sorry for being on here! It's just took some time dealing with everything that's gone on and then I was in hospital!'
Meanwhile, Jake also took to his Instagram stories to share his own update, confirming that the couple have majorly updated their security for their own piece of mind.
Alongside a picture of a guard dog, he penned: 'AWI have been in and secured our property with 24/7 patrol and control adding more cameras and sensors inside and outside our house!
'It's crazy we live in a world we have to do this but I can't thank the team enough for all their help.'
