Dick Van Dyke shared his secret to staying fit as he detailed his exercise routine in a new interview.
The actor, 99, admitted that he is frequently asked what he does to be in such great physical condition as he nears 100-years-old.
Speaking on Where Everybody Knows Your Name podcast with hosts Ted Danson and Mary Steenburgen, Dick and his wife Arlene Silver, 53, gave an insight.
He explained: 'When you think... I go back to 1925, I'm almost 100. This is insane. I'm going to have a big party.
'Somebody said, "to what do you attribute your age and physical condition? and I said, "I've always exercised."
'Three days a week, we go to the gym, still. Three days a week.'

Ted recalled seeing Dick at a gym near his home in Malibu and laughed: 'If I got there early enough I would see you literally work out on some weight machine.
'Then, almost like you were doing circuit training, you would not walk to the next machine, but dance.
'You literally danced to the next machine and I watched that for a couple of weeks.'
Van Dyke's wife, Arlene added: 'He still does that!'

'I'm 95 and a lot of my friends won't do these,' the Chitty Chitty Bang Bang actor said while working out from the comfort of his Malibu home.
'And then I do these,' he said, rotating his legs in the air.
'So all you old guys out there, listen to me. I'm telling you, you can keep going... I'm still dancing and singing!'

Last month Dick was forced to crawl to his car during the terrifying Malibu wildfire evacuation after 'exhausting himself' trying to fight the flames.
The screen legend fled his home with Arlene and their animals. They have since returned and located their cat Bobo, who escaped during the blaze.
Speaking with a local news outlet in an interview aired on the Today show Van Dyke said the fire 'was coming from the hill, you could see it. And oh my God, and we got out of here.'
He revealed he was forced to crawl to his car after exhausting himself trying to use a fire hose, saying: 'I had exhausted myself, I couldn’t get up.'
'Three neighbours came and carried me out and came back and put out a little fire in the guest house and saved me.'
He left fans devastated when he revealed his cat Bobo had gone missing during their evacuation.
Dick took to Facebook to announce Bobo had been found on Wednesday and shared a photo of the disgruntled feline as he reunited with his family.
He wrote: 'We found Bobo as soon as we arrived back home this morning. There was so much interest in his disappearance that Animal Control was called in to assist.
'But, thankfully he was easy to find and not harmed.'
