Lizzo has reached a major milestone on her weight loss journey.
The 36-year-old singer revealed she had lost 10 points on on the BMI scale and had also lost 16% overall body fat.
She celebrated with an Instagram post marking the occasion and giving inspiration to others.
The post included a photo of her posing in front of the mirror, her slimmed-down physique on display in sports gear.
'I did it. Today when I stepped on my scale, I reached my weight release goal. I haven't seen this number since 2014,' she began.
'Let this be a reminder you can do anything you put your mind to. Time for new goals!'

'I am actually on an intentional weight loss journey right now,' she said. 'Even at the end of my weight loss journey, I'm not going to be considered thin by any means.
'I will still be considered morbidly obese on the BMI and little bros on the internet are still going to call me "big backed." But I will be happy.'
Lizzo continued, 'Let this be a reminder that you can do anything—anything you set your mind to. Now, I guess it's time to set new goals.'
The Truth Hurts singer debuted her new, slimmer figure in September and shared how she achieved her weight loss.
She also slammer rumors that circulated labeling her as the latest celebrity to use Ozempic to lose weight.
'When you finally get ozempic allegations,' she wrote on Instagram, adding, 'after 5 months of weight training and calorie deficit.'
In August, Lizzo revealed she would be taking a gap year to 'protect her peace.'
Lizzo famously faced multiple lawsuits from 2023 after her touring dancers accused her of mistreatment.

Earlier this year, Lizzo seemingly announced her exit from the music business.
Lizzo is the first female rapper to win the highly coveted Record Of The Year gong - doing so with About Damn Time in 2023.
But, the four-time Grammy winner admitted that she had grown tired of 'being the butt of the joke.'
She wrote on Instagram in March: 'I'm getting tired of putting up with being dragged by everyone in my life and on the internet.
'All I want is to make music and make people happy and help the world be a little better than how I found it. But I'm starting to feel like the world doesn't want me in it.
'I'm constantly up against lies being told about me for clout and views … being the butt of the joke every single time because of how I look.
'My character being picked apart by people who don't know me and disrespecting my name. I didn't sign up for this s***. (sic)'

The gap year follows Lizzo's recent health journey, where the body positivity trailblazer now embracing 'body neutrality' has led to significant weight loss.
'The idea of body positivity, it’s moved away from the antiquated mainstream conception,' she told The New York Times in March. 'It’s evolved into body neutrality.'
However, Lizzo confessed that achieving self-love isn't always attainable.
'I’m not going to lie and say I love my body every day,' she said. 'The bottom line is, the way you feel about your body changes every single day.
'There are some days I adore my body, and others when I don’t feel completely positive.
Since wrapping up her Special Tour, Lizzo shared with the outlet that she has shifted her focus to maintaining a healthy diet and regular exercise.
'I’m taking the time every day to put some love into my body,' she said. 'There is never a day when I regret taking a walk or doing some Pilates.'
'I’ve been methodical, losing weight very slowly,' she added.
