Ange Postecoglou admitted his players need urgent help after Tottenham's injury-ravaged team slumped to another defeat at Everton.
It is their 12th defeat of the Premier League season and leaves them in 15th, eight points clear of relegation and with injuries piling up again.
Dominic Solanke will be out for 'a few weeks' according to the Spurs boss, Brennan Johnson 'three to four weeks' and Radu Dragusin came off at Goodison Park with a head wound.
'There will be urgency, but it doesn't need me to say it,' said Postecoglou when asked about reinforcements before the end of the month.
'Everybody can see that. I've no issues with how the club are going about it, they are working hard and trying to find solutions.
'These players need help that is for sure and hopefully over the next 10 days or so we'll find a solution. It is really tricky, we're not the only ones in the market. The club are trying hard.'

Postecoglou's side endured further frustration on Sunday night as they were beaten 3-2 by Everton
Tottenham are set to be without striker Dominic Solanke for 'a few weeks' due to injury
Everton were 3-0 up by half time, with goals from Dominic Calvert-Lewin, Iliman Ndiaye and an own goal by Archie Gray.
'We gave ourselves a mountain to climb,' said Postecoglou, who started with a back-three and reverted to a back four at half time. 'We couldn't really take control of the game. We struggled to get any traction with and without the ball.
'We are pretty stretched. We literally had 11 players fit enough to start the game. We weren't in total control of our organisation. Everton capitalised on that and we paid the price for it.'
Dejan Kulusevski and Richarlison scored late goals but another damaging defeat increases pressure on the Spurs boss.
'I have never played the victim,' said Postecoglou. 'The responsibility lies with me to get this right. I still have to steer us through and if I start worrying about myself and the cards I've been dealt, it is a dereliction of my duty.
'It is up to me to get us out of it and I have to be good enough to do that.
'There is plenty to play for. The club, our fans, our season. We are still in four competitions this season: the semi-final of the Carabao Cup, a couple of big European games coming up and we are still in the FA Cup.
'Our league position is not great to say the least. We need to improve that and eventually our players will come back. It is a significant talent that will come back.
Defeat against the Toffees was Spurs' 12th in 22 Premier League matches this season
Everton boss David Moyes was delighted to secure his first victory since his return
'It is not like this is what it is, there is motivation to get through this so that when we do get our players back we can get something significant out of our season.'
For Everton boss David Moyes, there was the pleasure of a first win after his return to the club.
'Really pleased,' said Moyes. 'We played ever so well in the first half, scored three and could've scored a couple more.
'I'm really pleased with three points, and didn't matter how played, to win was the big thing for us today. But we've one win. I'm not in here celebrating.'
