Rosie O’Donnell's daughter Chelsea O'Donnell has been arrested for the third time in less than three months in connection with drug charges.
Chelsea, 27, who was a baby when Rosie, 62, adopted her, was most recently arrested November 18, following previous arrests on September 10 and October 11 in connection with allegations of drug-related offenses.
Chelsea had been out on $4,000 bail (posted by her birth mother on November 13) at the time of her most recent arrest, Us Weekly reported Monday after reviewing court documents.
Authorities said in legal docs that Chelsea was arrested November 18 in Niagara, Wisconsin after a vehicle she was riding in had been pulled over by police over a loud exhaust system.
Police detected 'pick marks' synonymous with illegal drug abuse on Chelsea's face, and requested her to provide identification, which she didn't have on her, according to the legal docs.
Chelsea did submit to the officer her name and birthdate, the legal docs stated, after which the officer determined she was out on bond in connection with her prior two arrests.

Police then cleared the vehicle and implemented a K9 search, at which time it was determined there were narcotics in the vehicle, according to the legal docs. Naloxone, a medication to reverse opiate overdose was retrieved from the vehicle's trunk, police said.
Police searching Chelsea found a 'clear smoking device' hidden in her bra during a search of her person, according to legal docs, with residue on the pipe later testing positive for traces of methamphetamine.
Officials said in court docs that Chelsea had been 'argumentative' with officers who sought to search her and wound up handcuffed, later 'calming down and becoming cooperative,' at which point the handcuffs were taken off.
Authorities at the Marinette County Jail conducted a strip search on Chelsea in which 'officers found a prescription bottle in Chelsea’s vagina,' InTouch reported, citing court docs.
The bottle contained a mix of hydrocodone, lamotrigine and Alprazolam pills, legal docs stated; and a bag containing a 'crystal-like substance,' according to legal docs reviewed by Us Weekly.
Chelsea subsequently received five new charges, three of them felonies, including two counts of methamphetamine possession; and felony narcotic drug possession, per legal docs.
Chelsea was also charged with misdemeanor counts of drug paraphernalia possession and resisting an officer, legal docs stated.
Chelsea remains in custody after a hearing Monday, and is slated to report to court for a December 12 in the matter, Us Weekly reported.

Chelsea also faces misdemeanor charges of drug paraphernalia possession, disorderly conduct and having medication she didn't have a prescription for.
Chelsea was subsequently released from custody after a $2,000 bond was posted later on in September. She subsequently placed back into custody at the Oconto County Jail in Oconto, Wisconsin after an October 11 arrest in which she had a meth pipe on her.
Chelsea faced additional charges of felony bail jumping, meth possession and drug possession, in addition to misdemeanor counts of drug paraphernalia possession and resisting or obstructing an officer, the outlet reported.
Chelsea told Dailymail.com earlier this month that Rosie, 62, was taking a tough love approach to the legal situation with her.
'When I called Rosie to ask her to bail me out, she told me flat out, "You belong in there,"' Chelsea said November 4. 'She said, "I really can't help you get out of there; I don't want you to kill yourself. I don't want to be responsible for you killing yourself."'

Chelsea told Dailymail.com that she felt there was a chance she could 'end up in prison' due to the arrests, and wanted 'to spend time with' her four children if that was the case.
Chelsea added at the time, 'I'm trying to get bailed out of here.'
Under the terms of her former release, Chelsea was permitted to see her children with Vicki Bourassa as the court-appointed supervisor, The Blast reported Tuesday. (Vicki is the mother of Chelsea's ex Jacob Bourassa, the father of three of Chelsea's four kids.)
She was was ordered by the court to 'not possess/consume any illegal drugs, drug paraphernalia/controlled substances without a valid prescription,' according to legal papers reviewed by the outlet.
