EXCLUSIVESumptuous $15m waterfront mansion Donald Trump Jr. shared with Kimberly Guilfoyle now a battle ground between the newly split couple
The sumptuous waterfront mansion that Donald Trump Jr shared with his ex-Kimberly Guilfoyle is set to become a battle ground between the newly split couple.
The former lovebirds bought the home in Jupiter, Florida – a 30-minute drive from Mar-a-Lago – in 2021.
But with Junior moving on with new flame Bettina Anderson and Kimberly set to live the majority of the next four years in Greece, what happens to the $15m Admiral's Cove property is in question.
Don Jr. and Kimberly bought the property as tenants in common, where each owns a certain percentage which they can sell, transfer or mortgage without the other’s permission making for a messy confrontation.
'I doubt Kimberly relishes the idea of Don Jr. moving his new flame into the home that she worked so hard on,' one confidante told DailyMail.com.
'And to be honest, I am not sure that Bettina would want to move into the home that Don lived in with Kimberly.'
Kimberly is believed to have been staying at the 11,300 square-foot home since the couple split.
But assuming she is confirmed by the Senate, she will become the United States ambassador to Greece sometime in the next few months - requiring her to live full-time in Athens, nearly 6,000 miles from her home.
Kimberly Guilfoyle, 55, and Donald Trump Jr.'s, 46, $15million mansion they purchased in 2021 will be a battleground for the recently split couple as their ideas of what to do with it differ
The mansion is a 11,300 square-foot six-bed, 11-bath home that the former couple bought for $9.7million. The Admiral Cove estate is located in Jupiter, Florida
Don Jr was spotted with his new flame, Florida socialite Bettina Anderson, 38, as he flaunted their relationship publicly on December 9 after Anderson's two-hour birthday dinner at local restaurant Buccan on Monday
Meanwhile, Don Jr. has been spending nights at Bettina's relatively modest three-bedroom home in West Palm Beach that she bought for $428,000 in 2014.
But her home is only one-sixth the size of his Jupiter house and presents all sorts of security headaches for his Secret Service protectors.
Don Jr, 46, and Kimberly, 55, bought the six-bed, 11-bath home for $9.7million in March 2021 - two months after his father left the White House. It is now valued at more than $15million by real estate sites.
They moved in amid much fanfare and fears among some neighbors that the then-president's eldest son would bring security problems – even though it is in a 188-home gated community.
Junior was said to have been drawn to the home because of its 1.2-acre lot, far larger than others in the Admirals Cove area.
'Only a handful of houses in the 188-home community have this much backyard space,' realtor Rob Thomson who sold the house, said at the time.
'Don Jr is a family guy and his five children live close. The space for the kids is ample.'
The couple had been dating since 2018 and the year after they bought the home, they got engaged.
The former couple was originally drawn to the mansion because of its 1.2-acre lot that was larger than other homes in the Admirals Cove area for Don Jr's five children
DailyMail.com exclusively reported on the budding romance between the two in August, when they were spotted canoodling at The Honor Bar, a cozy spot in Palm Beach
Anderson and Don Jr entered the Italian restaurant Belle & Maxwell's in West Palm Beach, Florida, on December 6, 2024
On December 11, Don Jr reportedly took Anderson to Mar-a-Lago where they chatted briefly with the president-elect Donald Trump and were said to be 'parading their love for all to see'
Anderson herself has been dropping not-so-subtle hints of the romance, sharing photos of a romantic flower delivery in an Instagram story, on which she discreetly tagged her new beau, @donaldtrumpjr at the top left corner
But the path of true love did not run smooth for the couple and Don Jr started hooking up with Palm Beach socialite Anderson this summer.
DailyMail.com exclusively reported on the budding romance between the two in August, when they were spotted canoodling at The Honor Bar, a cozy spot in Palm Beach.
We confirmed it with pictures of them holding hands after a two-hour dinner at local restaurant Buccan on Monday.
Then on Wednesday Don Jr took Anderson, 38, to Mar-a-Lago where they chatted briefly with the president-elect and were said to be 'parading their love for all to see'.
'He's bewitched by Bettina – her looks, her smarts, her pedigree,' one Trump insider told DailyMail.com.
'Now that Kim is out of the picture, the relationship is going to get even more serious.'
The couple have since made a getaway
Bettina is generally seen as a better fit for the past and future First Son. The former model's effortless sense of waspy style goes down with the family far better than the tight, revealing dresses that his ex is known for.
In fact, People magazine even claimed that Kimberly's style was one of the main reasons that Junior fell out of love with her.
'The tight dresses need to go and she has been told that,' one source told the outlet.

It was widely believed that the incoming president decided to give Kimberly the job as ambassador for Greece as a way of getting her away from his family following the split – as well as a reward for her loyalty to him
News of Don Jr's new romance is said to have 'blindsided' Kimberly and the fact that she will almost certainly be spending the next few years in Europe will be welcome to both of them.
She was only nominated for the post the day after DailyMail.com's blockbuster pictures blew apart the fantasy that she and Junior were still a couple – even though they hadn't been photographed together since mid-November.
It was widely believed that the incoming president decided to give her the plum job as a way of getting her away from his family following the split – as well as a reward for her loyalty to him ever since her days at Fox News.
'For many years, Kimberly has been a close friend and ally,' Trump wrote on Truth Social on Tuesday.
'Her extensive experience and leadership in law, media, and politics along with her sharp intellect make her supremely qualified to represent the United States, and safeguard its interests abroad.
Kimberly said she looks forward to 'delivering on the Trump agenda, supporting our Greek allies, and ushering in a new era of peace and prosperity'.
'It was the democratic values born in Greece that helped shape the founding of America,' she added. 'And now, we have an opportunity to honor that history by bringing better days here at home and abroad.'
Don Jr led the congratulations. 'I am so proud of Kimberly. She loves America and she always has wanted to serve the country as an Ambassador,' he tweeted.
'She will be an amazing leader for America First.'
