Sabrina Carpenter has left the internet in a bitter uproar after simulating oral sex with a microphone while performing at the Kia Forum in Los Angeles on Monday.
Although she has acted out various raunchy bedroom positions on stage during her hit track, Juno, over her Short n' Sweet Tour, a number of social media users accused the singer, 25, of crossing the line with this one.
'Sabrina is one step away from starting an OnlyFans at this point,' one X user stated after watching a video of Carpenter dropping to her knees and acting out the X-rated move.
Another asked: 'Can she stop sexualizing herself for 1 minute? LITERAL children are watching this, not just at the concert but also as it keeps appearing on my niece's YouTube.'
In response to a sea of comments questioning the former Disney Channel star's judgement, a third reminded critics that Carpenter is 'not an artist for kids anymore.'

A fourth quipped: 'Haters evidently don't know how to listen to lyrics.'
Carpenter's fans also pointed out that the performer is a 'grown a** woman' and suggested parents simply 'don't bring them to [this] show.'
Still, numerous X users called the latest Juno position 'distasteful' and 'vulgar.'
One even suggested that Carpenter should've restricted 'her concerts to a certain age group' if she wants to act like a 'porn actress.'
'She should especially warn people before they buy their tickets. Her audience is made up of children,' the outraged X user tweeted.
Others compared her tour to a 'sex ed' class.
In Carpenter's sexually charged track, Juno, she sings about being so infatuated by someone that she wants them to get her pregnant.
Since kicking off her tour on June 20, the Espresso hitmaker, who is nominated for six Grammy Awards, Carpenter has surprised crowds by acting out different sex positions while singing the line: 'Have you ever tried this one?'
During this portion of her show, she has demonstrated everything from the reverse cowgirl and the splits to the classic missionary position.

'Don't cancel me but... so distasteful,' another X user insisted
A fifth tweeted: 'That wasn't cool'
'So vulgar,' another agreed
Others expressed fears that 'children look up to her'
In October, Carpenter defended herself after facing backlash over her sexualized costumes and concert choreography.
'You'll still get the occasional mother that has a strong opinion on how you should be dressing,' she told Time. 'And to that I just say, don't come to the show and that’s OK.'
She continued: 'It's unfortunate that it's ever been something to criticize, because truthfully, the scariest thing in the world is getting up on a stage in front of that many people and having to perform as if it's nothing. If the one thing that helps you do that is the way you feel comfortable dressing, then that's what you’ve got to do.'
Previously, on her Emails I Can’t Send Tour and while opening for Taylor Swift on her Eras Tour, the star ad-libbed a new, suggestive outro during her song, Nonsense, every night.
While speaking about her Nonsense tradition to Cosmopolitan, Carpenter mused: 'It’s funny too, writing the outros, because I feel like I’ve learned a lot more about sexuality through writing those than people think.'
'I think people think I’m just obnoxiously horny,' she noted. 'When in reality, writing them comes from the ability to not be fearful of your sexuality as opposed to just not being able to put it down.'

She is currently dating Irish actor Barry Keoghanm, who costarred in her Please Please Please' music video.
The couple first sparked dating rumors in December 2023.
They confirmed they were an item at a Grammys party in February, but they largely refrained from discussing each other in public.
Last month, however, she discussed casting her real-life boyfriend and her onscreen love interest in her Please Please Please music video, which was released in June.
She told the hosts of CBS Sunday Morning that she trusted her 'not-even-biased opinion' when she decided to have him play the music video's 'bad boy.'
'You'll still get the occasional mother that has a strong opinion on how you should be dressing,' she told Time. 'And to that I just say, don't come to the show and that’s OK' (seen in September at the 2024 MTV Video Music Awards)
'I, genuinely — like, a not-even-biased opinion — I was like, 'Who's the greatest actor that I can find for this music video?' And he was next to me in a chair,' she recalled.
'And he was so excited about it,' she said of Keoghan's reaction.
In August, the Don't Smile singer gushed over her man's talent and called him 'one of the best actors of this generation.'
She told Variety: 'I don't want to sound biased, but I think he's one of the best actors of this generation.
'So getting to see him on the screen with my song as the soundtrack made the video better and all the more special.'
Days later, she told The Guardian that cozying up to the Saltburn star in the video was 'one of the best experiences I've ever had.'
'I'm very honored and I got to work with such a great actor,' she told the outlet.

Sabrina explained that she is cautious about keeping her relationship private but understands that publicity with the price of fame.
'It's not what I signed up for, but I can't really help when I was born,' she said.
'I want to be honest — I want to just write about what's happening in my life as a 25-year-old girl,' she added. 'But it comes with the territory and I just have to be like…"okay!"'
Previously, she has been romantically linked to Bradley Steven Perry, Joshua Bassett and Shawn Mendes.
